Tony and Jane are great hosts. Their communication was clear and they responded quickly to our questions. There was a nice loaf of cinnamon bread on the counter to welcome us and we enjoyed that. Tony and Jane offered to add a child-size table and chairs for our two littles and the set came in very handy. When we had a last minute overnight guest, Tony and Jane were accommodating and brought over a nice mattress to use on the floor. The proximity to Bryan Park is a nice asset to this home. The king-size beds are a nice feature and were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The National Parks and Bloomington themed decor was fun. I highly recommend Tony and Jane's Base Camp!

Iris House was wonderful, and I will certainly be staying there again for any future visits to Bloomington. It was well appointed, with nice little touches in every room. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and serve a great meal, the living room comfortable a large enough to accommodate friends while watching a movie. Both bedrooms are comfortable and have their own televisions. The deck provides another great space to gather, and the yard more than enough room for kids or a dog to run around and play. The area is easy to reach, quiet, and only minutes from campus and all the great restaurants and other places of interest in Bloomington, as well as dedicated trails to walk or run. If this space is available during your stay, I highly recommend it!

Perfect stay! Comfortable home and very convenient location….on Saturday morning we walked to town and did some shopping at Bloomington’s wonderful Farmers Market!

The Tiny House is a gem….it has the charm of another era, and is so comfortable and convenient to downtown. The backyard is a great place to relax with a book and watch the birds build their nest. It is our first choice for stays in Franklin.

This home was immaculate - very clean and beautiful. We appreciated the ability to book last minute when our plans unexpectedly changed. It was close to restaurants and in a nice, quiet neighborhood - which is exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Had a fun weekend here with friends. The location is close enough to gas stations and other places to quickly grab whatever you might need, but still feels remote. Lots of space on the property but unfortunately due to heavy rain we couldn't use it to its full potential. Would recommend if you're looking to enjoy nature while still being close to Bloomington (about 15 minutes from campus.)

This was a great spot for our small family. We were in town for a fishing tournament on Lake Monroe, so the location was convenient. The cabin smelled nice, and had just what we needed for our short stay. The campground itself was truly a resort, with a ton of activity spaces. Everything felt very safe. The air conditioned kept the cabin very cool, and we roasted marshmallows at the fire pit in the evening.

A welcome retreat before and after my son’s wedding at a local venue. It was so nice to be able to have a place to relax after the rehearsal & wedding. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the pool!

This was a great place to stay with private parking area, plenty of towels and spacious interior.

Terrys place was very clean and was super nice! I only stayed for a weekend but I would definitely stay longer in the future! It is located in a great spot with a walmart pretty much in walking distance! Terry was also very kind! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near indy!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!

There's a reason why they are super host. The place was spotless. Very comfortable. Better than the photograph show. They were very responsive check in was easy. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Space was what I expected. Basement converted into an apartment. Clean with a comfortable bed. Perfect alternative to expensive hotels during parent weekends.

This was our second time staying at this property and we once again loved our stay. the cottage is modern and will appointed with two TV's and an accessible shower. the cabin is rustic in the best way, with a real wood fireplace and very comfortable beds. Our two families were both very comfortable for our stay and loved the peace and quiet. We got great use out of the fire pit and the beautiful grounds. Thanks so much for another stellar stay!

Terra’s place was perfect for our short weekend stay for a family wedding in Bloomington. Though just off the main road, the location felt so private. The home is quite spacious and was very clean. We appreciated the little touches- fresh flowers on the dining table, tea and coffee stocked, and board games to play. We celebrated a birthday while visiting and Terra gave some good recommendations for local dining. If I’m ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Chris was excellent at communicating with me and replied quickly to any questions or comments I had. The home was very clean and cozy, wife and I had a great time and the kids enjoyed a new space for the night. tattoo theme in home was awesome as well as the game room! would highly recommend and may stay again in the future. We extended our stay multiple times and Victoria was very helpful with our booking. House has a stunning charm inside and it’s a perfect location.

This place was amazing and perfect. If I could’ve given it more stars, I would the decorations and furniture and everything about the area was so cute and Homie! The little patio and was very private. Loved the hot tub! There was a binder in the living room that was very helpful with directions and great places and things to do in the area! And loved all the board games. Communication was amazing and very easy!! Overall amazing and best stay I’ve had.

What a great stay we had ❤️ The property is big and it rained many days before, so the the river was too. It was very beautiful. We had plenty to do our first evening with games and hot cocoa. We hiked all day at Spring Mill and came back to a hot shower and a cozy bed. Lisa was awesome! So responsive and so down to earth. We plan on booking another listing of hers soon 😊 Thank you so much Lisa!
