The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our company retreat on very short notice after our original booking was canceled due to storm damage. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was beautiful—spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for relaxation. The sleeping arrangements worked out seamlessly, with plenty of extra sheets, towels, and blankets available. We especially loved the amenities, from the dock (perfect for a boat) to the firepit for evening chats, and the basement filled with games like a pool table. It truly felt like a home away from home! The hosts kept the lines of communication open throughout our stay, even checking in after arrival to ensure we were settled. Their hospitality and willingness to help at a moment’s notice made all the difference. We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our retreat so memorable!

I’ve stayed at numerous AirBnb’s over the last several years and this one definitely ranks at the top! Both sides of the duplex were in pristine condition, the host was super responsive, it was in awesome proximity to the arena, and they even left snacks - which really hit the spot after a long drive! I highly recommend staying here. Having two separate sides to stay in gave the ultimate sense of privacy with multiple guests. Awesome place and gracious host!

Absolutely PERFECT! What an amazing house and location. Lake Murray is beautiful and Leslie's house was simply perfect for our family reunion. The house is gorgeous, everything is updated. The kitchen and LR are beautiful. The back porch is MADE for entertaining. TVs everywhere. Fun dock, swim devices, kayaks, private.....I mean perfect. Great grill set-up, hot tub! Near restaurants and grocery stores. Easy 35 min drive to Columbia - SPURS UP! We simply loved our stay here. The communication was A+. We've rented many ABBs to date and this was second to none!

My four adult children, one infant and two spouse were able to comfortably stay at Joseph’s for a family event. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood beautiful, and some great local coffee and pizza places within blocks. We had a wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home on Lake Murray. The location is absolutely spectacular, right on the water with breathtaking sunsets every evening. It was also extremely quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to unwind. The house is full of charm and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It felt very homey, with good energy throughout. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch. We spent most evenings out there soaking in the views and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, laid-back spot to recharge by the lake.

I went with 5 other buddies to do some Bass fishing. The property has plenty of room to accommodate 3 bass rigs and row vehicles. The private dock has a pretty decent grade but this place is only minutes from a boat ramp so it is very convenient. Sleeping arrangements were very good and everyone got a bed.

Perfect place to meet up with some of my family for a weekend visit. Wendy was very responsive to any questions. It’s a beautiful home. Love the layout. We had 7 and 2 toddlers. There was plenty of room for all of us.

Nice place to stay in Columbia close to lots of things and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

As a carpenter, the most impressive thing I noticed is that the stairs didn't creak while walking them. In my opinion, that's a small detail of a well built house that often goes unnoticed. That level of detail was present in every other aspect of my stay as well.

This was a last minute trip and first time to this area. Located in a nice subdivision and close to restaurants and stores. The instructions were clear and everything was simple

Great stay for my family. Much needed peace and relaxation. I just recommend bigger tvs in living rooms and tvs in bedrooms for kids.

This house was absolutely perfect for me and my family. We came up for my Son's Basic Training graduation at Fort Jackson. It is 10 mins from the base and only one left turn then straight to the main gate. The beds were very comfortable, neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and house was clean, loved the fact that pets are accepted as well, and the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms came in handy when everyone was getting ready very early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to host their family for basic training graduates.

Visiting my son during his first parents weekend at college. I was able to feel right at home at Carla‘s house with my 18-year-old playing board games swimming in the pool shooting hoops. It was such a comfortable stay and she was so kind and generous, I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great week stepping away from busy lives to unwind and make great memories with Daughter, SIL and Granddaughters. The house was well appointed, updated and included everything we needed for fun, comfort and convenience. We enjoyed days spent on the lake using all the toys the owner shares, swimming in the pool, and gathering in various areas of the outdoor space offering sun and shade. Brittany is a wonderful and responsive host and we feel so fortunate for the opportunity to stay in this home. Looking forward to revisiting this touch of paradise!

When I say beautiful and comfortable I mean just that. Home away from home and I mean that. I travel for work so feeling at home is big to me. Stephanie was great and I would love to stay at her homes in every state if I could. Thanks for the stay and for being a great host.

The host, Dave, always responded promptly and answered all questions we had. They were helpful by leaving out a booster seat for my niece & a few toys. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone traveling to chapin!
