Over and above in accomodating my needs. Felt like family. I will be coming back for a vacation and referring others. The place was the cleanest and most comfortable stay I have ever experienced. Amazing and beautiful property; great for taking a walk and taking in nature.

Our first B&B and set the bar extremely high. Donna's home is gorgeous, the check-in process was smooth as butter, and butter on her blueberry pancakes Saturday morning was heaven. Highly recommend for anyone exploring the area, we explored Rickett's Glen State Park and the drive to Donna's after was a zippy 28 mins! It was the perfect weekend.

Great place to stay. You can have a little bit of everything here. The room was amazing very clean, spacious and full of everything you need. The host are very attentive and responsive. anything you need can be accommodated. My wife fell in love with the small petting zoo, specially the baby goats. Great experience would definitely booked my next stay in the area here. Recommend this place 100%.

Great spot for a quick trip. Easy to find, clean and simple check-in/out. The bed was super comfortable too!! Would recommend!

David was an excellent host! He greeted and welcomed us at the door. Then proceeded to share a history lesson on the building, area and renovations. Accommodations were comfortable and decor was impressive Victorian motif. Ever since COVID, David explained breakfast has not been served. When we questioned, he said “he didn’t know how to update air bnb site to be accurate.” He did, however, recommend a local diner. If you’re in the area, definitely a good place to stay !

Absolutely amazing gem, better than I had imagined it! Not only was the property and room gorgeous but Donna and her husband went above and beyond in making sure my stay was lovely. I wanted a fire and her husband set everything up for me. And even though I opted out of the breakfast they were so thoughtful in leaving me a muffin and fruit for the road. This is staying on my list of favorites and we will be back!

This place is a lovely hidden gem. The waves around it are beautiful. We sat on the porch and watch the hummingbirds zoom by all afternoon. There’s a lovely outdoor fireplace. Our room was beautiful. I would definitely come here again.

Great place. Quiet and peaceful. Close to Rickets Glenn State Park. Claytonna and Dave were very welcoming. Had a great time chatting around breakfast time Would definitely return. !

The furniture is unique ( hand made). beautiful. The king size bed was amazing, very comfortable and new mattress. It was very relaxing to stay at Kathleen's place. Deffently will book at the Lodge again. Also, the people sharing the others room very friendly and felt Conformable.

Claytonna was an amazing host with a warm and open style. We loved being guests in her home and being spoiled - my husband especially loved r the wonderful breakfasts both days! Very close proximity to Rickett's Glenn & Claytonna gave us helpful suggestions about our hike. Also, we loved the Tempur-Pedic mattress!

Everything was exact to the pictures and descriptions provided. It was an amazing stay, would 100% recommend. Cafe was amazing!! 10/10 would stay here again! Ricketts Glen was 5 min away from our stay & had the most amazing views / trails!

The photos perfectly captured what the house looks like! We didn’t realize that we were only renting a room until we arrived. Fortunately, we had the place to ourselves. The house was very clean! The Airbnb was only about 10 minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park which was the reason for the stay! Kathleen was very accommodating & allowed us to switch rooms since we preferred one with a king size bed! I recommend this place!
