Surrounded by towering trees, nature and a small farm, this guest house is Colorado country close to the city. Guests cross a creek via a small private bridge then wind up a long country driveway leading to this unique listing that is as peaceful as it is charming. Come experience the best of Colorado Springs while staying in this one of a kind property! Our beautiful ranch-style cottage sleeps eight, making it perfect for families and groups. Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds) as well as two bathrooms with showers. A full, well-equipped kitchen gives you the ability to make a scrumptious dinner or whip up something quickly. A large living room has sofas perfect for a game night, watching a movie, or relaxing with your group. An attached garage is available for sporting equipment. An outdoor patio table and moveable chairs give you the opportunity to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors from various vantage points around the Cottage. A kids' play set welcomes the little ones. Our property and Cottage is entirely non-smoking, so you will be able to breathe in the beautiful Colorado air both inside and out! Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. We live in a separate house on the property, so we are available to make your stay the best experience possible! This private Cottage home is located just a few miles off of I-25 in Colorado Springs. While being in the heart of the city, this property feels like it's in the middle of the country. It has easy access to the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and Monument Creek. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all with minutes away. The host lives on the property in a separate home. We are about an hour and a half from the Denver Airport depending on traffic, and 30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. We have recently renovated our entire Cottage. It is beautiful and clean, a space that our family is proud to invite others into.

Kick back and relax in our retro cottage. The house is a former 1940s store front for the old apple orchard, and it has been remodeled to be a fun vacation spot that we also use regularly. We couldn’t be happier with our time here. Both Jennifer and Bano are gracious, responsive, responsible, and understanding hosts. We had an extended stay during the winter months.They were quick to respond to our messages and the home was perfect for what we needed. A couple amazing stand outs: the hosts worked with us ahead of time for scheduling the extended stay, the home has its own entrance separate from the main home so it’s private, every once in a while we would get some amazing homemade bread from a local artisan, the walkway was always cleared for us when it snowed, they checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a special place, made special by the hosts. We can’t recommend this place more.

Loved our stay here! Perfect for a family, couple’s retreat or friends vacay. It’s in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and hiking trails within a few minutes of walking. But everything you want to do (including restaurants) is within 20 min driving distance. Our favorite family activity was the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! The cabin has everything you need. Our favorite features were the beautiful picture window, the patio to relax and the little glass greenhouse to sit and enjoy your coffee if it’s a little chilly. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and kind! Highly recommend this place!
