We had a very nice stay in this functional apartment, well decorated and well-equipped, very clean, good bedding. Private parking in front of the windows. We did not regret our choice, we left it with regret. Good relationships with Richard.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying with Carinne, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her! From the moment I arrived, she was there to greet me warmly, making me feel at home right away. Carinne and her husband even took the time to show me around the beautiful nearby towns, sharing local insights that made my experience unforgettable. The lodge itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that added to the charm of my stay. The apartment is very well exposed, large and spacious for 2 people; not to mention a common bike room very easily accessible near the private parking lot, another great advantage. The view from the apartment is superb. When we stayed there, work was in progress to make the entire Avenue de la Côte Vermeille pedestrian and cycling. It will only be better for the tranquility of this accommodation no motorized vehicles will pass in front. Pierre is very responsive and the explanations are clear. Thanks to him.

A second stay still at the top for us 3 ( 2 adults and a 2 year old child). The apartment is really nice and very well located ( cove right next door, view of Collioure, quiet residence, you can go to the center of Collioure easily etc.). We were as well received as last time! Thank you so much! We'll probably be back!

It's small but very functional! The necessities are there... We came with family (3) famous on New Year's Day and we couldn't have hoped for better, 5 minutes from the Christmas market.... If we come back, it will be in this place without hesitation.

We had a great stay and Charline's place, her father Will was very kind and helped us settle in, everything went smooth.

i would recommend Elisabeth's home. a very welcoming, friendly host. the accommodation is perfect! the decor is perfect, there is absolutely nothing missing, Elisabeth thinks of everything! small attention in the fridge for breakfast( butter, jam, orange juice, bottle of water). there are even slippers to get comfortable! i felt extremely good there. i'll come back as soon as I move to Perpignan! thanks Elisabeth!

The space is even better than in the photos. It is decorated with a lot of tastes I loved it moreover it is well located. I recommend it without hesitation and a small special mention for Vincent who is a really nice host. Thanks for the stay. ☺️

Very clean and functional accommodation. Very nice air conditioning. Very good contact with Ruth and very good hospitality from Virginia. Access to the city center 15-20 min walk but you have to cross the St Jacques district not very safe in the evening (mother/daughter stay for us), plan to pick up the car. We managed to park on the street or the surrounding ones every day.

Serge was very hospitable and quick to respond to your questions. The place was well situated especially if you were traveling onward to Spain and also close to the coast.

Fabrice is a responsive and friendly host puts everything next to impeccable cleanliness a tastefully made apartment. I loved calm without facing our New Year's Eve, we will never forget the hot tub, it's the best for relaxation. We'll be back for sure 😉😉😉👍👍👍👍

Luxury apartment, with ideal location for those wishing to visit Perpignan on foot. Well worth a day trip! My children and I took advantage of his services and it was very nice.

Very cozy accommodation, with an exterior that must be a real pleasure on sunny days. Everything is clean with clear instructions. Hosts are always very responsive when you contact them. The house is very well located near the stadium and with plenty of shops within walking distance

We enjoyed the super beautiful and luxurious purple loft for 2 weeks. The bath was great and the bed was super nice. The contact with Isabelle went very pleasantly. She was always quick to reach and helped bii questions. We would love to come back again 😊 This was a great holiday for us! Thanks!
