The house was better than expected. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was amazing. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the views of the lake. Dave was a great host and responded quickly if we had any questions. We’d definitely stay here again if in the area.

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

Ted responded quickly to our questions or concerns. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub every day. Kitchen was well supplied. Ted provided chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for use at the (nearby) beaches.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with our families. The house is beautiful and the sunset was amazing. My family had a very good time fishing and Coach and his son were so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely come back !

A wonderful villa to call home for two weeks. Couldn’t fault at all. Spacious, clean, fantastic location and everything you could need is provided. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again if we’re lucky enough to visit Naples once more.

We celebrated big birthdays and anniversaries with everyone in my immediate family! Plenty of room to spread out and gather together. We loved having a pickle ball court on the premises, as well as a beautiful pool area! Leiden was very responsive! Whatever we needed it was done with a smile! We hope to be back some day.

The Good's: 1) The place is very spacious and clean 2) Very close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of walkable restaurants and shops. 3) Ian was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations The Con's: ***This is more for reference, and most of the con's have nothing to do with the host or the place itself, but more of the area in general due to its location (near Ft. Myers Beach)*** 1) Keep in mind, traffic can be very hectic and congested near the beach area, especially during dinner time. 2) If you need to go into town or Ft. Myers, avoid lunch or dinner time. 3) Bring bugs repellent - there are flies (not sure what they are), and they bite. They can be very annoying and itchy if bitten. Other than that, the place is great. Just make sure to plan your activities accordingly and enjoy the stay.

Amazing home and the heated pool/hot tub was the star of the house!

My friends & I traveled from Tampa to Naples to celebrate our annual Friends-mas. Our host was very accomodating with our party of 11 people. The communication from the beginning was amazing and even though 2 hurricanes passed through they communicated that the property didn't sustain damages and our trip was still on before I had a chance to reach out & inquire. . We did lose power on the patio kitchenette area trying to cook but they came out immediately and fixed the issue. We absolutely loved the property it was as pictured. I would also like to add how honest they were. I had left my wedding and anniversary rings on the table by accident & hadn't noticed because I was driving. I was contacted immediately and was offered for them to send it but thankfully I had some friends who were still in the area eating they picked them up for me. Amazing service & care. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend this property. Thanks again for everything

Keith’s place is a fantastic location! 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach, 30 minute walk to Whole Foods/5 minute drive. Gorgeous backyard with heated pool and hot tub. Great spot for a family vacation! Keith was responsive and very helpful.

Paul’s place was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Updated and spacious kitchen. Large and comfortable sectional in family room. Large master bedroom with a beautifully updated master bathroom. We used the hot tub and pool everyday. The hot tub heats up fast. The location of Paul’s house is in a very nice residential area. The only downside is that is a bit of a hike to the beach. But that isn’t a deal breaker for us. Paul is a fantastic host. He responds to messages in a very timely manner. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!
