Beautiful space in the heart of Federal Hill in Providence. Walking distance from lots of great restaurants and attractions. Definitely a gem of a place!

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Christmas weekend getaway! Super cozy, older home charm.. decorated floor to ceiling in beautiful Christmas decorations, both inside and outside. It was exactly what I was looking for for my family of 5 (inc. 3 kids ages 10-15). Our stay really put us in the Christmas spirit and my teen girls loved having a lit-up tree in their room. It perfectly suited our needs for the weekend while visiting family in Rhode Island. 💜 Something noteworthy that may be helpful to others, would be that this apartment in particular is located on the 2nd floor and the stairway that leads up to it is pretty narrow and curves (which was completely fine for us but if you have a lot of luggage or have someone elderly or handicapped traveling w/you then you may just want to ask about staying on the 1st floor is all!) Overall beautiful house w/a lot of charm!

This was my first stay and I had a great time I felt right at home I had no issues the place is beautiful. Nothing to complain about at the end I was happy for what I paid it was worth it and will definitely look for this place first for future bookings

I attended a wedding in Bristol. Michele's place was the perfect place to stay. It is within walking distance from all the main streets, restaurants, shops and all what Bristol has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. Check in was super easy and communication with Michele was easy also. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay! The house was super clean, Yameliz is a great host and responds quickly. She had everything you need and more. I was staying with some friends for my birthday and when I walked in she had balloons and snacks there waiting for us, it was so sweet!❤️

My family and I felt right at home in Josh’s place. The accommodation was cozy and well-equipped. We would definitely book this place again.

We were in Bristol for a wedding. Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed the historic values of the property with all the modern amenities. Location was great to walk to everything from restaurants to nice shopping and of course the bay views!

Where do I begin !!! Amazing - pictures don’t do it justice - I have stayed at a few Airbnb’s and I will say this one got me !!!! Clean - Comfort - Cozy - The owners are very perceptive to the guests - I hands down will recommend and hopefully be back to this slice of heaven…Highly Recommend

The place was amazing. Very clean and very welcomed. Cathrine was very good to us. I would recommend her to anyone. We would use her again. She always answered. Very understanding . The tub was definitely a huge bonus!

A beautiful home that was perfect for my family during a wedding weekend. Rachael was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable!

I would HIGHLY recommend this gem! My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was a perfect space for two parents and two teens. All of the bedrooms were spacious, lovely, and nicely outfitted. The beds were comfy and had plenty of linens, blankets, and pillows. Two full baths made life with teens much easier. The living room is really two spaces, which was also nice with teens, as it gave us a little room away from the sibling banter. We did a bit of cooking for TG (not the bird, but some sides and desserts), and the kitchen was well appointed, both in terms of spices/staples, and in terms of cooking implements. it is also really spacious, so we never felt crowded as we cooked. We are already looking forward to staying here again next TG. And Melba was a great host! She communicated freely, was very responsive, and left us a nice note on arrival. I would give more than five stars if I could!

We had a lovely stay at Lucy's home. Got lucky enough to have warmer than normal temps for Nov and had some great time on the deck enjoying the water view and watching the boats come and go. Lucy was a very attentive host and quick to respond!

Fantastic stay at Kelly's place! We were in town for a family get together and brought our two dogs. The location was great - very walkable to restaurants, bars, attractions in Newport, etc and it's also very close to Morton Park, which our dogs loved. Many thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks for us, as well as bowls and toys for the dogs. The place was immaculately clean as well. We hope to come back someday!

We had a wonderful stay for our first time in Newport! Very easily walkable location to everything we wanted to see and do, very clean and quiet neighborhood and Trip was a great host and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

This was just a few blocks south of our son's dorm, so the location was perfect for a college visit to Brown. But it is close to all the shops on Wickenden and the Providence City Bridge (pedestrian) to downtown is not far away. Great location and a very quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL apartment!!! The natural light is wonderful….so many windows! The bathroom is ultra-modern with a state-of-the-art shower and separate soaking tub :-). The kitchen is bright and has a large island with great seating. The floors are stunning, the beds are super comfy, and the LR is classy and wonderfully cozy. The neighborhood is out of a movie…. lantern lit streets and buildings of historical significance and ultimate charm. A 4 minute walk to the Brown campus! We had a couple of questions ahead and Firas was so responsive. Could not recommend this apartment more highly!! It is an utter gem :-)
