Wow! Just wow! This place was amazing. Clean, absolutely perfect location, and so spacious!! We loved it! Maria Elisa was absolutely welcoming and a joy to talk to, one of the better hosts I’ve ever had. Walking distance to essentially everything, the location couldn’t be better. The view from the rooftop terrace is also amazing and great for family pics. Out of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed at in our Italy trip, this was our favorite and Maria Elisa was also our favorite host. Eddy is a super friendly guy. He gave us a lot of information about the Airbnb as well as the surrounding areas and places to see and visit. He even met us at the train station so we would know how to get to the Airbnb. The location is very close to the train station. It’s also walking distance to the city center. It was a beautiful place to stay perfect for two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also appreciated the television capabilities in English. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Florence. This is one of the best Airbnb’s. I have stayed in during our travels.

We loved this place. The location was wonderful. Having a lift to the fourth floor was great. It was clean and spacious. Check in was smooth and communication was great. Florence was wonderful.

This was the loveliest Airbnb we’ve ever visited. Everything was perfect, a compliment I rarely give. My adult daughter questioned whether we could just move in. From the street access to the flat access, we felt safe. Nothing was missed in the renovation . We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after our long day of touring. I would suggest recommending to guests the Citymapper free download to get around city easily which displays where bus 23 & 17 picks up and drops off (right across the street) to get to the Duomo, Central Market, etc. lovely garden below as you sit out. Best choice we ever made. Easy walk to train station. Thank you Francesco and Teresa. Excellent hosts. The pastry treats were a nice touch. I wish we stayed one more day and then went directly to the airport from Florence but we didn’t know how wonderful our home away from home would be.

Loved staying at this lovely and very clean apartment, a nice mix of modern and historic architecture. Many nice places to have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Hosts were friendly, and helpful with cleaning and coffee supplies. I hope to return again and stay longer next time!

The apartment is amazing , had everything we needed . We were two marriages so we were very comfortable in our room and each one with its own bathroom. We had been traveling for a few days so we used the washing machine and at night we cooked on the dpto , there was everything we needed. Gaia shared information for us to do some shopping fences and how to move to the center. A few blocks walk from the apartment is the tram station that took us downtown and the train station in 10 minutes . It was a really nice stay

Apartment on two floors in the center of Florence. It is on the second floor with an elevator and in a sheltered area. Complete with everything including welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge. Very clean. The shower for a tall person 183 is a little small but it's not a problem.

Excellent. Ideal location for me, quiet, easy walk to the centre for the galleries and museums. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Silverio welcoming, responsive to my questions later. Kitchen ideal to prepare meals. Highly recommended.

Marco was very kind and accommodating to us who didn't understand English. In addition, you can tell me about recommended shops or respond immediately if you need help, so you can have a worry-free stay. The bus stop is also close, it is within walking distance to famous sightseeing spots, and the location is great. There is a large supermarket nearby, so you don't have to worry about shopping. The room was also very clean and easy to spend time in. There is a washing machine, hangers, closet, refrigerator, and other things you'll need for your trip. I'd love to stay again when I visit Florence.

Very nice apartment in an incredible location. Extremely private and very beautiful setting, but with easy access to access to town / the sights of Tuscany. Ivan was very accommodating and responsive; he went out of his way to support us when we had a little trouble with our rental car. We would love to return someday and would book with Ivan in a minute.

The house is a typical Italian house. Exactly as described. It has a beautiful garden and a chapel. The place is old but very well cared for and very charming. Good shower, well-equipped kitchen. It is away from the center, as we wanted, but with the garage, as we rented by car to get to know some of the Chianti wineries, not too far from there, It was easy to get from there to the center. The hosts were very quick in their responses. The instructions were accurate, We love the pampering! 🙏

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a pretty awesome place--but it's pretty weird, so please understand what you're booking. It's in the middle of a giant piece of land on the outskirts of Florence, so you'll get some superb things with that (veeeeery quiet and private, visits from local pheasant/deer, gorgeous views), but getting into town is unwieldy; you'll drive to the edge of the property, park and walk 500m to the last stop on the tram line (not a commercial area), then ride it into town. Pretty easy, but there's no walking out the door and getting food/shopping. The house itself was also weird but good--everything modern, but very steep stairs to get to the bedroom/top bath. Excellent kitchen. And the subterranean pool was memorable, but you have to leave the house to get to it, and frankly too creepy to do at night. The hosts were super nice, met us near the house for check-in (tough to find otherwise) and very responsive to text. Overall would stay again, but make sure you want to be in a forest.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence, and this apartment was a fantastic home during our time it is walking distance to everything you will want to see and experience in Florence. Roomy, comfortable, great location, and oh, what a view from the roof deck! Our host was incredibly flexible and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was perfect and within a short walking distance to all restaurants and shopping areas. Darko was very accommodating with our late check in due to our delayed flight and gave great suggestions on local restaurants.

Very accurate detailing of check-in with photo descriptions, always appreciated. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and child. Great to have the elevator for luggage and stroller as well. Wonderful location!

The apartment is fantastic, just as shown in the pictures. Sabrina is an exceptional host—she not only provides excellent recommendations and clear instructions but also went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to ship a painting we bought at the market back to our home country, even gifting us bubble wrap for the process. The location is unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and private within the apartment. While there are stairs, they are manageable. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could need and more. Highly recommend!

Very central place near all attractions in Florence and the train station. Easy to find and a very comfortable and hospitable host that is taking care of you every step of the way. Great place to be in if you are here to visit.
