Vacation rentals with breakfast in Colle di Val d'Elsa

Our stay in Florence was part of a surprise 15-day trip to Italy for my husband’s 50th birthday. I can’t think of a better place to have started it than at Lorenzo’s charming, warm, and utterly unique home. It was a 25min walk from downtown Florence. As New Yorkers who are used to a walking city, we were thrilled as it required no car rental or many taxis. And each walk took us across Ponte San Niccolo with its dazzling view of the Duomo in the distance. Our eight-year-old daughter loved the house and felt immediately at home. Highly recommend it and hope to someday stay there again.

Il Casone was breathtaking. A beautiful, peaceful location. Incredibly well-equipped kitchen. We cooked using vegetables from the garden (a delicious peperonata). Rosemary bushes and olive trees surround the property. Simply stunning. We stayed six nights with four couples and a baby. We all had our own rooms and washrooms. We easily drove to several towns (Siena, Montepulciano, Sinalunga) and parked the car in Montevarchi for a 45 min train ride to Florence. So easy. Thanks Matteo for a fantastic visit to Tuscany.

Maison Toscane au calme et pleine de charme. Louise est adorable et nous a donné plein de recommendations d'activités variées aux alentours. On a adoré notre séjour, merci !

This was one of my favourite Airbnb stays to date. Raffaella and Claudio were lovely and extremely helpful, I enjoyed getting to know them over our short stay. We felt right at home when we arrived and had everything we needed. Close to Villa a Sesta with world class restaurants, and a short drive from Brolio Castle. I hope that we will come back one day! ☺️

Everything about Carlotta’s home is perfect! We are a family of 5, with 3 young kids, and we found Carlotta’s space so comfortable. The location is perfect, Carlotta is so helpful and kind, and her apartment was absolutely spotless. She also included snacks, laundry soap, and all other daily housekeeping amenities which is so nice when you’re traveling. The view of the Duomo was magical as was the use of the patio. We will return!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casetta Melograno. The location is perfect for visting Florence or other Cities around. The equipment of the accommodation is more than adequate. Everything is also very clean and lovingly furnished. We felt completely at ease.

Such a wonderful place to truly experience the countryside of Italy! We loved staying here and had a wonderful two night stay! We even looked to try and extend our stay but it was already booked out. We loved the view overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. They provided a meat and cheese along with a bottle of wine and breakfast options! We would highly recommend experiencing this hayloft in Italy!

Beaucoup de + dans cet appart : très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Florence. Plus grand que ce qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos. Petite terrasse charmante. Et Rosella très aidante et arrangeante sur l’arrivée/depart. Lits confort. Les petits - : Pas de vue sur l’extérieur en dehors de la terrasse. Le chauffage met un peu de temps à faire effet. Nous avons étés ravis de ce séjour et nous recommandons vivement 🙂🇮🇹

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The apartment is great for a couple: it’s clean and walkable to everywhere in Florence. Filippo and Giancarlo were thoughtful and communicative hosts who provided tea/coffee and water bottles. As the place is on the ground floor you can hear people coming in and out of the apartment block but this didn’t bother us too much. I would definitely recommend this apartment :)

Caterina was a wonderful host her home was warm and inviting She left detailed descriptions of how to use everything. She met us at the house and spent time showing us around. Caterina has a book of local restaurants and points of interest that made it so easy for us to find our way around the neighborhood and to enjoy our time in Florence! Excellent

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was beautifully appointed and had a lot of charm! It’s extremely spacious and and comfortable. The washer dryer combo was a life saver! The private parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

B&B Torre is beautiful and extremely comfortable - one of the best places we have stayed in. Exceptional hospitality and delicious breakfast with many options. Local recommendations for food and wine were fantastic. We highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a unique, unforgettable place in the heart of Chianti Classico.

Claudio ist ein super Gastgeber!! Sein Frühstück hat bisher alles übertroffen, es gibt sowohl süße, als auch herzhafte Tapas, die er selbst liebevoll in der Küche zubereitet und die ausgezeichnet schmecken. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet für einen Tripp nach Florenz und um abends etwas zur Ruhe zu kommen abseits von der überfüllten Stadt. Das dorfeigene Restaurant ist sehr gut und die Gegend eignet sich auch für einen schönen Abendspaziergang. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.

Our stay here was just what we needed. This is an incredibly special place. It was beautiful beyond what the photos show peaceful and private. We felt cared for by all the staff. The family who owns this are wonderful people. We were also grateful to have George to drive us where we needed to go. Highly recommend staying here. You will be so glad you did!

Absolutely stunning accomodation in traditional Tuscan style villa. Surrounded by beautiful Cyprus trees and a lovely natural pool to swim in. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend staying here for a local Tuscan experience.

Airbnb igual a lo publicado, el anfitrión contesta rápido y entrega indicaciones claras, nos guardo nuestra maleta antes del check in y nos pregunto si necesitábamos dejarla después del check out. Lo único que no nos funcionó bien fue el aire acondicionado y las toallas no estaban muy limpias.

Host gentilissimo e disponibile con flessibilità di orario di check-in e check-out. Alloggio stupendo in posizione isolata sulla cima di una collina con una vista a 360 gradi sulle colline senesi e della val d'orcia; un piccolo gioiello che mette pace e serenità per tutto il soggiorno. Camere e bagno spaziosi e forniti di tutto. Totalmente consigliato!

Could not have ended a 9 day vacation in Italy at a better place. We were the last guests of the season and we felt right at home thanks to the hospitality of Matteo and Serena! They cooked dinner for us both nights and WOW it was the best we had in all of Italy! The place was secluded while still being able to walk to the town nearby & if you rented a car you wouldn’t have a problem getting around as it is not like driving in the cities in Italy. If you get a chance to stay here definitely purchase some fresh olive oil to take home too!!!! 10/10 would recommend this B&B and the family that comes with it!!
