This is an absolute gem. Room is very spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The onsite coffee shop and restaurant is an added bonus...delicious coffee and food. We will definitely recommend.

This was my second stay at this lovely guest house, which has become my go-to halfway stop between Cape Town and Johannesburg. Adine is a friendly and responsive host, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The accommodation is well-equipped with everything needed for a restful and comfortable stay. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The aircon was a lifesaver in the summer heat! Highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling through.

Absolutely charming guesthouse in beautiful Colesberg. We received a warm welcome. Our room was neat and spacious. The hosts are such kind people and referred us to local restaurants for a scrumptious dinner. Really enjoyed our stay, especially after a long trip from Cape Town heading back to Gauteng.

What a lovely stay we had, eventhough it was just for one night. Our cat Oli also enjoyed his stay. Koba was extremely understanding and accommodating when we were running late, and it was easy to communicate with her. There was loadshedding in the morning, but Koba made sure we had hot water in a flask for our coffee. Her caring gestures and adorable cats made our stay extra special and cozy. Thumbs up for DeKat!

Had such a nice in Colesberg at Surita's place. Also had a lekker pizza at Allards just around the corner (their restaurant). Will defintely come back to this spot in future. Perfect overnight stay.

What a little gem in the heart of Colesburg! Communication was excellent and friendly. the room was spotless and the bed really comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful place, tucked away in a quiet corner of Free State. Great commutation by the host. The place is very clean especially areas that matter; the bathroom, linen and towels. My family and I felt safe.

We stayed at Evelyn's Air Bed & Beskuit on our way home from a hiking trip in the Drakensberg. Although Bethulie is a bit off the beaten path from the N1, the detour was worth every extra kilometre. The room was immaculate—super clean, tidy, and wonderfully comforting. The soft, fresh linen made for an incredibly cosy stay (in addition to the small fridge, ensuite bathroom and smart TV). It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day on the road. Evelyn welcomed us warmly upon arrival and even recommended a great spot for dinner. Her home is charming, and the big, beautiful garden is a delightful bonus. Exploring the property was a treat, with its chickens, secret paths, indigenous plants, and various vegetables and fruit trees—such a lovely little escape. Thank you, Evelyn, for creating this gem of a mid-way nest for tired travellers. We’ll be sure to visit again!
