The accommodation is according to the published, the condominium has a direct exit to the beach and there are food stalls quite close to the place, the pool is ideal for children, the condominium is small which makes it a bit more private, in my case when I went the other houses were practically empty, I would recommend it to go as a family or with friends.

Already planning next year for two weeks instead of one. July is off season, so we had the entire 3 miles of beach to ourselves. I asked about the off season: why? School in session and cooler weather…the weather was perfect for us, cool nights, overcast some mornings, and warm sunny days.

Very cozy beach house. I was there for Fiestas Patrias with my family and we had a great time. Large Private and Shaded Parking (2 vans entered). Spacious patio and green areas where my 3 pets enjoyed 🐶🐶🐶 it to the fullest. The pool is in great condition and the beach just a short walk away. Full equipped kitchen as mentioned (Rice cooker, blender, blender, microwave oven, microwave oven, microwave oven, freezer, freezer, plates, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.) there was no need to bring anything with respect to that 👍 In conclusion, 100% recommended 👌

Excellent location, very good finishes, spacious and beautiful pool with lights for the night, close to the beach, close to the market, close to the picanterias, with grill included excellently, super attention to the host, excellent communication from the beginning to the end, premiere house in A1 finishes. Bathroom with terma included, and the spacious garage built in. Thank you Casa Merino.! We'll be going back soon. Slds.

Colán is quiet, with beautiful beaches and all the amenities your stay needs for a relaxing break. Our children had a lot of fun and were in contact with the sea at all times, since the beach is located 10 meters from the very well equipped apartment. The beaches paceren have little affluence, it is noticeable by the cleaning of the coast. We got recommendations from Anapaula and her friendly dad, and we still had a couple of incidents with the stripes. These animals are well known on this beach, surely somehow avoid massive concurrence. The bite is painful, however, there is assistance in the town itself of people who are experts in the subject, after their help, my children continued to bathe but with some fear. It's important to follow host recommendations to avoid these meetups and not be trusted . It doesn't hurt our experience, we were very happy, and so we recommend it.
