Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Kate's house in Gloucester is an ideal place to experience one of the best beaches on the North Shore. Kate's home accommodated the eight of us very comfortably; the proximity to the beach was second to none and Kate and Michelle's response to a couple of minor issues we had was expeditious and friendly. There aren't enough superlatives I could use to recommend Kate's place.

The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great! Views were awesome from the top balcony! We wished the bushes and shrubs had been trimmed a little to have a better view from the main level but it was still a nice view from the one area there. House was quite roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are not tvs in the two spare rooms which would have been good after dinner for our teenagers while winding down after family time. The host is wonderful and communicated great. Overall we had a great family vacation and a good time. The house is nice. Would recommend!

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Alex was an excellent host, responding to my questions and even gave helpful suggestions regarding places to eat etc. Everything was as advertised and the place was very clean.

Bonnie’s place was the perfect weekend getaway! Nice, quiet locale, open backyard, right on the water. The hammock looks right out onto the lake, great spot to get some reading done or take your phone. I’m 6’2 and 220 pounds and didn’t feel worried about it. Bonnie was kind enough to give us some restaurant suggestions as well, which were delicious. Didn’t get the chance to use the hot tub, but access was easy. Only thing I’d say is there’s some HVAC sounds in the unit. Not something that bothers me, but if you’re a light sleeper, I could see it waking you up. It’s not so loud it’s distracting though. Warwick is at a nice in between spot in RI, so it’s easy to get to Providence or Newport, if you’re looking to explore, or Warwick Ave is just a few minutes drive away. Overall, had a great time, easy recommendation, and I hope I can come back sometime soon!!

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. Our stay at Dogtown Cabin was absolutely wonderful! Julie was consistently available for any questions or concerns and she was kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy yet spacious. Plus it was equipped with everything we needed to help make our stay comfortable. They had some great trails on the property and my family had a great time exploring them. The beautiful property is serene and private but close enough to a lot of tourists destinations. And let’s not forget the animals! My son had a great time meeting the horses and chickens. But I will say hands down the best part of our stay were our adorable furry hosts, Darwin and Azore! They greeted us every morning! Hanging out with them made our stay even more special! We honestly can’t wait to come back.

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

We just a wonderful few days in Boston for the marathon. Maude was the perfect host… we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out and were so grateful for the provisions left for us, particularly as we arrived late! The location is perfect, it meant that we could explore everywhere in the City on foot. The neighbourhood is particularly great for restaurants and when the sun came out and the temperature rose, the vibe was fabulous. As a previous review mentioned, if you’re looking for a pristine, freshly painted apartment then it’s not for you, but if you like ‘quirky’ and a house with bags of character, (I especially loved the art), then I’d highly recommend.

Michelle was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to our stay. The house was easy to find, good neighborhood, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Parking was included which was awesome. The T was easy to walk to so we could go downtown every day easily. The host recommendation for Lulu’s Allston was spot on, it was nearby and great. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay and check out was also easy. Thank you Michelle for hosting a wonderful place!

This Airbnb was one of the best we ever had stayed in! Her house was beautiful, cozy and clean! Johanna was a great host and would definitely love to stay here again!!

We stayed at 8 Lambert Street for nearly a month while visiting relatives in Medford. The house is cozy and well furnished. Did a lot of cooking in the kitchen, which had plenty of cooking equipment, the basics of salt, pepper, olive and vegetable oil, and even a set of seasonings. Because we were staying over Christmas, Beth had done some holiday decorating before we arrived, which was wonderful and made the house very cheery. She was a responsive host and kept us stocked with the basics like paper towels and toilet tissue. She even included a baby gift for our new grandson on one occasion. The house was great for our stay - the steam heat combined with the modern thermostat kept us warm and cozy, even on some very cold nights. It's an older house, yes, but full of charm and warmth. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of food choices nearby if you don't want to cook. Highly recommend Nappi's Restaurant (cash only) and Fioritaly Trattoria. Off street parking a plus.

This is an authentic Cambridge home that has been owned by the host's family for multiple generations. Kevin is accommodating, and he generously left some snacks and drinks in the full kitchen for us. Well-stocked kitchen was super convenient for eating breakfasts. Note: there are significant stairs to get into the unit. Once there it's quite spacious. And I love the operable bathroom window. :) Thanks for a lovely stay in a convenient, walkable neighborhood!

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Frank went above and beyond to communicate check-in instructions, rules of the Air BnB, had all the thoughtful amenities for a slumbo! Definitely an ideal location for nicer weather with the location! Unfortunately the weather hindered the ability to fully enjoy this experience with the water so close! Would book again with better weather!!!

The house was perfect for a wedding weekend for our family of 10, including 3 children. The house is spacious, private, and very well equipped. It has everything you might need, including a great selection of toys and books for children. The hosts were super-responsive, answering our questions immediately. After our first day we figured out it was easiest to turn around in the driveway rather than trying to back out onto the busy road. We were sad to leave. Thank you for sharing your wonderful historic home.
