Vacation rentals with a patio in Cognocoli-Monticchi

Marion's is a nice Airbnb. It was about a 10 min walk from the boardwalk and city centre. The place was clean and looks like the images. Marion was friendly and helpful at check-in and checkout. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ajaccio

We felt very comfortable in Gregory's apartment. If you had any questions, he and his wife were easily accessible. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with many appliances. Internet was quick and reliable. Everything is clean, as you wish. We stayed there for 10 nights with our 2 dogs. The surrounding area offers hiking trails and beaches suitable for dogs. Super convenient access by elevator from the garage to the apartment. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Virginie made me feel very welcome in the clean, spacious property, whose quiet interior belied its location on a busy main road.

I found Sylvie's place last-minute tored after a road-trip and was very happy in my arrival to find a clean, peaceful place to rest. Although it was late in the evening Sylvie was very attentive and responsive. Thank tou so much Sylvie!

Cedric’s apartment was beautiful, very stylish and clean. The location couldn’t be better: at the center of the old town, walkable everywhere and close to the parking garage. Highly recommended

Amazing place. Highly recommended!! The host is extremely helpful and accommodating. The location cannot be beat. It’s so close to great restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops and boutiques and having the parking spot was great. Close to everything you need but quiet. Some of the hotels further down the marina look like they would be very loud at night and it would be hard to sleep. The condo is modern and looks exactly like the photos. I would definitely stay there again.

Fred's place is in a great location with a great view of Ajaccio Bay in the heart and quiet well-equipped kitchen. no complaints perfect for a short family discovery trip!

The place is totally in line with the photos, a real haven of peace! We were well indicated in advance by Manu, and very well received by Melinda. Manu is a very responsive and friendly person. Everything is done for a pleasant stay: well appointed accommodation and ideally located when you are looking for tranquility, and impeccable cleanliness. We had a great time staying at Daniel and Alexandra's place. The house is very pleasant and well placed to visit the south of Corsica. Nothing is missing. We'll be back with pleasure.

Wonderful, quiet, small accommodation near Sotta. The place is very nicely decorated and furnished to a high standard. Beautiful little pool and very clean facility. There were four of us and we used the comfortable couch as a sofa bed. The grill is a highlight! The access road is unpaved and this could lead to problems after rains as it is steep. However, the house was always reachable. Hosts were super communicative and always available!

Very functional accommodation, new, well-equipped, true to its description located in a quiet area. In addition, the apartment has a small enclosed outdoor area which has been very convenient for our little cat. We will come back to stay and recommend this place for all nature lovers. Finally, I want to emphasize that Julie is a very friendly host who was always attentive and available when we needed it.

The apartment was a great fit for us, we like to be private to ourselves, but still like to be close to different activities. We were able to hike well, we were able to choose the beach from many beaches, and also for shopping/shopping we didn't have to go far. Enjoying the evening on the terrace was a highlight, the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio fantastic. The apartment is very spacious, everything we needed was there. The kitchen is functionally furnished, the bathroom is top. Evelyne is very helpful and nice. Thanks Marie France for the wonderful time.

Apartment as described, clean, well-equipped and functional, where we found the calm and rest so desired! Close to the most beautiful beaches of Corsica: Palombagia is only about fifteen minutes away and the same for Santa Giulia. An ideal location for discovering South Corsica. Thanks to Jacqueline for hosting us and for being kind when we arrived. Our hosts were nearby if needed and very discreet. Excellent stay for us and we highly recommend Jacqueline and Laurent!

Very nice pailot in a very nice and well-maintained residence, a breathtaking view that will accompany you throughout your stay with dreamy sunsets. Close to typical class restaurants and also to one of the best beaches in the south of Corsica.

Charlotte was particularly welcoming and caring. The apartment was very well located, very clean, well appointed, perfectly equipped and with comfortable bedding. A small supermarket with everything you need (including bread) is at the foot of the building. We had a great stay!
