Vacation rentals with a patio in Cognocoli-Monticchi

Marion's is a nice Airbnb. It was about a 10 min walk from the boardwalk and city centre. The place was clean and looks like the images. Marion was friendly and helpful at check-in and checkout. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ajaccio

The apartment is located in a new residence and has a breathtaking view of the bay of Ajaccio which has delighted us. The decor is neat, the place was very clean and the equipment very complete The underground parking space is a real asset in this mostly residential area The center of Ajaccio can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this place.

I found Sylvie's place last-minute tored after a road-trip and was very happy in my arrival to find a clean, peaceful place to rest. Although it was late in the evening Sylvie was very attentive and responsive. Thank tou so much Sylvie!

Cedric’s apartment was beautiful, very stylish and clean. The location couldn’t be better: at the center of the old town, walkable everywhere and close to the parking garage. Highly recommended

Great stay at Vannina's!!! Lots of generosity in this place (food, cold drinks, plenty of towels...) where everything worked perfectly. This apartment is also very well located in the beautiful city of Ajaccio, near the city center and near the seaside. The environment is really nice and quiet with a lot of nature. And of course a big thank you to Vannina's mom who made our arrival immensely easier.

My wife and I felt very comfortable in Michel's apartment. The conversation in front of the stay was outstanding: quick, purposeful, and likeable. The apartment is part of a very well maintained residential complex including large pool and tennis courts. The apartment is very modern and equipped with everything you need. The balcony is large and very cozy. On site, an employee welcomed us personally and very kindly and was always available. Only one rating: thumbs up and full score! :-) We'll be back.

Very nice stay in the accommodation! That tonight Guillaume or the concierge, I have always had a response very quickly and in the utmost kindness! I recommend it without a second thought if you want to spend a quiet moment, not very far from the sea, 5 min from trade, ... And a big favorite for the decor and furniture:) Thanks so much!

We loved our stay at this beautiful luxurious house. We felt right at home, it is so very well equipped with everything you need and more. Close to Porto-Vecchio and beaches. Definitely recommend it!

Staying at Vincent's place is an amazing experience. Spaces and furnishings are thought out with great attention, intelligence and elegance. If you need to spend a relaxing vacation in a space that can welcome you and pamper yourself Vincent's home is what you need. We are two families who have been vacationing together for many years and we had never found it before. Unfortunately, the very hot season was felt and if we had to give Vincent a suggestion it would be to cool the living area, although with a little attention it was never a big problem. We will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful house with an incredible view in the perfect location- quiet and peaceful but five minutes from shops and very close to porto vecchio and some beautiful beaches. The house is spacious and clean, and nicely decorated. The communication about check in was really good. The only feedback I would give is that the towels were tiny and threadbare. No beach towels which is unusual for a place with a pool, and is something that came with cheaper airbnbs we also visited on our trip. When we mentioned it was cold at night, we weren't offered more blankets. However, we were provided with everything we needed for our baby including cot, highchair and bath. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

A very nice little haven of peace very cozy, clean and perfectly equipped (cooking utensils, condiments, towels ...). A great pleasure to enjoy the outdoors not overlooked the pool, deckchairs, garden furniture, all with plants and beautiful decor. We felt right at home. The accommodation is conveniently located to go to Ajaccio. As a bonus, very well equipped to accommodate a baby if needed. We will be happy to go back and have had a very good communication with Laure.

Very nice apartment in beautiful surroundings. Exceptionally clean and maintained. Plage de Cupabia can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The apartment was a great fit for us, we like to be private to ourselves, but still like to be close to different activities. We were able to hike well, we were able to choose the beach from many beaches, and also for shopping/shopping we didn't have to go far. Enjoying the evening on the terrace was a highlight, the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio fantastic. The apartment is very spacious, everything we needed was there. The kitchen is functionally furnished, the bathroom is top. Evelyne is very helpful and nice. Thanks Marie France for the wonderful time.

Apartment as described, clean, well-equipped and functional, where we found the calm and rest so desired! Close to the most beautiful beaches of Corsica: Palombagia is only about fifteen minutes away and the same for Santa Giulia. An ideal location for discovering South Corsica. Thanks to Jacqueline for hosting us and for being kind when we arrived. Our hosts were nearby if needed and very discreet. Excellent stay for us and we highly recommend Jacqueline and Laurent!

Very nice pailot in a very nice and well-maintained residence, a breathtaking view that will accompany you throughout your stay with dreamy sunsets. Close to typical class restaurants and also to one of the best beaches in the south of Corsica.

My wife and I booked this place for 4 nights, the location was superb close to the sea. The price was more than reasonable given the location and quality of the listing. We're so glad we found this listing.

The apartment is very well located and close to the beach (5 min walk to get there). This one has the comfort and equipment needed to have a good holiday.
