Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Coconino County

Went to Williams for the Christmas parade and to take the kids to the Polar Express. Shelbi's place was perfect for us! Plenty of space, beautiful interior, and the hot tub during the cold nights was amazing!

We loved the little touches that made the stay even better! Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and agreat private neighborhood. We would recommend 👌!

The perfect place to stay for a ski trip in Flagstaff. Lily was friendly and made everything extremely easy for us.

Amazing experience and would definitely book again

8 adults/2kids: The house has endless things to do for both adults and kids. After a 5-night stay, we lamented how we wish we had more time with the house. The hosts were great, even during the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well-stocked and they had welcome snacks to greet us. They even added a gingerbread house for the holiday, which my kids loved! At one point, we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the living room fire place. Upon inquiry, they had their maintenance man there in 15 minutes, which we felt was above and beyond. He was so lovely. Coffee fiends should note that they offer Keurig coffee makers as opposed to a drip maker, but there are so many cute coffee places in town, it didn’t much matter. Do yourselves a favor and stay here! Thanks, Dyanna and Ryan, for a perfect holiday stay.

Had a wonderful multi-family, 3-generation stay for Thanksgiving holiday at Dan’s place. Booked this property for the advertised space and it presented just as depicted. Plenty of room for everyone and entertaining for Thanksgiving dinner was effortless. The rooms all have a ton of space, furnishings are up to date and comfortable, and the beds promise solid nights sleep!!! Utilized the hot tub which was clean and functioning very well. Nice touches though out the home and the hosting team was friendly and very responsive. I’ve stayed in this neighborhood previously, so I was not surprised by the breathtaking views and peacefulness provided by the large lots, and this property was no exception. My guests were equally as impress as we told them they would be. If you have a larger group or just looking for some space to spread out, you won’t be disappointed in staying here. Cleaning team was excellent and place felt as spotless as it was welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We enjoyed an amazing December week at Deanna’s place in West Sedona. The home was beautiful and a fantastic location, easily accessible to all of Sedona for hiking, shopping and dining. We loved relaxing on the outside deck after a day of hiking. Truly magical!

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

The casita was wonderful! A short drive from Sedona you are still surrounded by the most gorgeous views and close to trails. It was the perfect place to unwind and rest your head after a day of exploring. The place was very clean, check-in was super easy, and communication/response time was quick! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to relax and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. It was heartwarming to see my adult children and their significant others together laughing and having a great time.

I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful location. Amy’s home has so many spaces to relax including: the rooftop deck, hot tub and cozy chairs over looking the golf course. The location close to amazing hikes and just far enough from the crowds of downtown Sedona was a huge plus for me. The internet connectivity worked well (I was working remote while here). The kitchen is a dream to cook in and enjoy music with nice Bluetooth speakers close by. Amy herself is a wonderful host with a beautiful spirit. She made me feel welcome and at home in her home, it is indeed tough to move on to my next destination. However, I trust I’ll be back!

We had a great time at Shelly’s house. The best compliment I can think to give is that the images don’t do it justice. This house is beautifully styled and sits on a great lot. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Rachael’s place was lovely, quaint and comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful and green. I loved the proximity to flagstaff without the crowds! One note: There are A LOT of steps to get up to the front door but the place makes up for it.

We had a really great stay! The cabin was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire place. The host was very responsive to an my questions I had. The street was a little busier than I originally thought but it didn’t really bother us. Overall a very nice place and would recommend!

This stay was absolutely beautiful. It’s a bit of a drive to anywhere but that’s apart of the appeal, there is wildlife and a sense of peace. We had a great stay and would stay again.

We have stayed at this cabin several times and will keep coming back ☺️. The host, Destin, is super awesome and makes sure we have a great stay every time. Such a beautiful and serene place to get away!

My family and I had a great time staying at Anna’s home. Close to downtown flagstaff & the snow bowl resort! We would definitely stay there again.
