Vacation rentals with a patio in Cocanha Beach

We were well received by Sheila, on time at the agreed time. Apartamento clean, organized, well equipped. It had everything we needed. Although it is a little distant from the beach it didn't get in the way of anything, we managed to get by car and leave parked closer. The stay was great!

The district is very quiet, beautiful, the accommodation is on the street of the pier practically, but there is not much to do there, if you want to take a walk you have to go to the center that is a little far away because of the traffic took 1 hour by car. The accommodation is too beautiful, spacious, very clean, comfortable, it has everything you need in the kitchen, I loved it, I will return more vzs with crtz!

Carol was totally attentive, always responding to messages promptly. She made a script about where to eat in the area. From the first contact with her, to the exit of the property, very assertive communication.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, bright, it does not smell of mold, it has a beautiful view of the sea of all the rooms and the living room, the beach is wonderful, super private and easy to access. Great adult and children's pools, always clean and a deck with a wonderful view! Raquel always helpful, served us promptly, Luciane who received us, very helpful and polite! Super recommend!

We like it very much, great location, the building is very nice, very clean, very good pool, bathroom of the common area always clean. It even had ice machine. 24 hrs porter, all very polite. The apartment is exactly as in the description, very nice. We will definitely be back.

I would like to thank you for the hospitality and we love the stay. The only thing that I was a little uncomfortable is that the bathroom window is very low and because it does not have an insuffilme or shade, it has little privacy for women to bathe. Super clean apartment with kitchen utensils available, super attentive host and responded super fast. We love these days around here, ideal for boat trips and get to know different beaches and without access to a car. We did not visit Ribeira beach, but the tours were excellent. Here has no waterfront but has a wonderful view.

Outdoor area (delicious pool and barbecue) wonderful, neat, clean and functional. Rooms with great mattresses and pillows. Sala we barely use, but functional and practical. Kitchen has a lot of utensils, but it lacks some organization, it was a little messy, so it was hard to find some things. But new fridge, horizontal freezer, pretty cool. Bathroom of the great suite, the one in the other two bedrooms the box is very small. Easy access but far from the famous beaches of São Sebastião. Simply incredible homemade Maria! I highly recommend it!

The only thing that would be interesting to review the staircase for the bedrooms, for elderly people a little tricky to use, (charming but very inclined, rsrsrs ) but because of the conversation we had with Érica she has been with the house for a short time and is making the necessary adjustments. Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of the grandma houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and a very quiet neighborhood. We were discovering many beaches and walks around and Marcos indicated many others as well. Locals were still to be visited in the city of Ubatuba and we will once again stay with Marcos to meet them. You can take it easy! Great stay.

The house is perfect! A quiet and safe place Near a few beaches (from walking to the beach of Ribeira, Sununga or Lázaro, and has access to trails to other beaches such as Flamengo and Sete Fontes). The hostess served us very well, always responded quickly. On the first day we saw that the Air from one of the rooms was not cooling very well and promptly she sent a technician who fixed the problem. We'll come back whenever we can!

Chalet 27 is impeccable from beginning to end of stay. In addition to everything impeccably clean and tidy, it offers towels of incredible quality for the bath. There are several reading books and games for the rainy days. Simply sensational!!!
