Amazing place to stay. So peaceful and beautiful area. The house is fantastic and hot tub is a great extra to look out over the water and at the stars. Wallace was great and was there as we arrived to show us all we needed to know and made himself available if we needed him. Would absolutely recommend this place to book for anyone looking for a lovely time away!

We’ve just had the most wonderful time staying at Buzzard Cottage, and I can’t express enough how warmly we were welcomed from the moment we booked. A thoughtful email arrived ahead of our stay, packed with helpful information about local sights, as well as a delightful opportunity to meet their Highland cows up close—followed by tea, homemade cake, and a blether. Alison and Tam are incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in nature, this place should be at the top of your list. Surrounded by breathtaking views, kind-hearted hosts, and the charm of little animals scattered around the farm, it’s the perfect escape. I’m already looking forward to returning, and I can’t wait to share this beautiful experience with more family and friends. Thank you again Alison and Tam :)X

This weekend was incredible - thanks to Ian and his amazing communication and support! Was not an easy time getting there due to Storm Éowyn. But Ian was amazing and had everything ready for us when we arrived - the scones and Prosecco were so unexpected but so welcome! The whole place was amazing. Will return in the future and will be recommending this place to others!

Absolutely brilliant. Superb location. Great communication and instructions. Very responsive and super helpful. We had 7 adults in our family group and there was loads of space and you literally walk out the door onto the royal mile.

This home is beautiful inside and out with views to match. It had all that you would need for a family stay, with everything you would expect in your own home. Ali the host was great, and made booking, check in and out so easy. Perfect stay for visits to Edinburgh too with a drive or train ride only 40 minutes away. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Deborah is a very nice host. As soon as we reached to the property she personally came and greeted us. She is very proactive and responsive host also she allowed us for the early check-in. The property is surrounded by mountains, it's quite and nice place away from all your daily routines. Hot tub is cherry on top. I would like to visit again.

Beautiful house, very clean and perfect for our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and lots of space for a big group. Kitchen stocked well for a big group (lots of glasses, cooking utensils etc). Beautiful location, thank you :)

Emma is a wonderful helpful host. The flat was ideal for a break in Scotland and served as a good base for exploring. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, the sofas are very comfy too. Ideally located in Callander, opposite a supermarket with lots of shops, coffee houses and places to eat and drink within walking distance.

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

We loved the property. Very spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was a nice touch having the Christmas tree! We also loved the location and enjoyed the tranquility of where the property is located. Hayley was responsive responding to questions and would love to stay again sometime!

Just back from spending Xmas day & Boxing Day at The Retreat Check in was easy & the accommodation itself was immaculate and a beautiful location Leah & Gary had decorated for us with beautiful lights & Xmas tree which made our stay extra special They had also left a bottle of Prosecco for us & left breakfast pack and milk which was a lovely & kind gesture The accommodation had everything we needed , towels , bedding , everything you could think of We really couldn’t speak highly enough of the hosts and their accommodation and we can’t wait to book up again

Ronnie’s house was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, everything we needed was available at the property, which was in a great location for getting into the City centre. Ronnie was a great host, he was very welcoming and prior to our arrival his communications were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend it and would stay again if we needed to.

Second time staying here and we will be back again. Wonderful location for exploring the West End, botanic gardens and walking the river Kelvin. Bus stop to city and Hillhead tube station both within easy flat walk. Interior of flat spotless, bed and bathroom clean and comfortable. A wee terrace overlooking the garden to relax on. Car spot is a bonus in this location. Recommend.

Great host, well organised, great central heating esp. as was very cold. Internet connectivity could be better, but helped the family connect better instead by playing card games!

A lovely spacious house, very cosy even though it was blowing a gale outside! Comfy beds and plenty of hot water. Couldn't be in a better position as only a stone's throw from the Gleneagles Hotel but in a lovely quiet cul de sac. We had our dogs with us so it was great to be able to go in the back door to the utility room to get them cleaned up. Laura is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely go back.

Andy’s house is fantastic for a celebration weekend. Twelve of us stayed there comfortably and there is so much public space that it’s easy to do different things yet assemble for meals. The view from the conservatory and garden is stunning. We had one person in a wheelchair and the house worked well for him too. Andy and Joan were welcoming and helpful.

Everything as described, a good host, Therese gave us information about local bakers and some eating establishments which were excellent. We would certainly go again, the weather was in our favour, which was another bonus

A very comfortable place to stay with a mixed family group for Christmas. Really close to the city centre and with excellent public transport facilities. The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and there was also easy access to local restaurants. Our hosts were very prompt and clear with their instructions.

The most perfect location for a hen party! Chris was the most amazing host with all his information to ensure the stay was as perfect as it could have been! Chris was always on hand if anything was required and always ready to answer questions along with giving recommendations! Location was perfect in a very quiet neighbourhood with a 5 minute walk to the train station to get straight into the centre of Glasgow in no time! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Douglas is an attentive host who was available when needed. The bungalow was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and resting which was much appreciated as our stay was over Christmas! Douglas very kindly gifted some wine and chocolates and he was there for our arrival to show us around the house, giving some useful information on nearby shops, places to eat and things to do. We were unfortunate with the weather; however, the bungalow was very cosy and thoughtfully decorated for Christmas and time spent inside looking out at the fabulous views made up for it!
