What a great place. Would love to come back when it's warmer...that pond is amazing!

We had 10 of us staying and the cabin was large enough to accommodate all of us (6 bedrooms). It was really nice to have your own private bathroom! The cabin and property was beautiful. One thing to remember when staying in a cabin . . . the walls are very thin so you can hear conversations in other rooms! We got a kick out of that and it made for some great conversations/laughs at breakfast! As with any cabin in the woods - you will have small items/issues that pop up, so I would just say keep an open mind. What stood out the most was the immediate response from Ally on any questions or concerns we had (even before we got there!). You can tell that she wants the renters to be comfortable and have their needs met. We would definitely stay here again - loved it!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Driving up the main drive makes you feel like you're in the mountains! The surroundings are a dream. As soon as you step outside you can hear the birds, the stream flowing, and all that you want from nature. the home was well equipped and had everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen was breathtaking. Every room had a beautiful view! The owner was very responsive and was quick to address all our questions. The home is beautiful and great for a group! We enjoyed having a bonfire at the fire pit and just spending time on the decks with each other. Walking the property was gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

My golfing group has stayed here before and we love this house. It’s got everything you could want and is in a very private location with four courses within 45 minutes. Also, Jessica is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. We had another great stay.

the cabin was absolutely beautiful, and Michelle was so easy to work with. Also, the extra touches for my wife's birthday were very sweet and special. would highly recommend!!

John's home is very lovely. We saw deer and birds at the pond. It was very peaceful and quiet. Great place to come home to after a long day at work.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was just what our family of 5 needed. We love staying in unique places a little off the beaten path, and this was just the place for us. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do, but far enough away to be peaceful.

This was such a quaint cabin. Really beautiful and we really enjoyed the peacefulness. He is a great host. Nice snacks, very quick to respond. Michael took great care of us, we ran out of propane for cooking and he made sure we had more in a very reasonable amount of time. It was a great adventure and Michael made it a good one! Thank you.

Pauline’s place was so beautiful! It had everything listed and Pauline herself was so sweet! We didn’t have to worry about privacy as the property had so much space and the check in and out process was extremely easy. It is also located close to Madison, IN which had great restaurants and a great downtown (You will need a car to get to downtown). Overall would love to stay again.

We loved this place! Super cozy on a cold winter weekend. Lots of blankets, big bath tub perfect for a relaxing bath, good tv options, and coffee! Unique house too, stylistically different from most other houses in Madison.

we loved the place ! it was clean well put together, nice furniture the place felt like home. it was not all ran down and beat up. there is private parking under an attached carport. so we could unload the car out of the rain. it is centrally located. there is a park across the street, another one down the block. just one block from the beautiful Ohio river. and only two blocks away from main street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops and night life. Madison indiana is a great town with plenty of historic sites and this house is a great place to stay while you visit. I highly recommend this place !!!☆☆☆☆☆ all the way across the board, we will be back !

Had a great stay! Probably the cleanest house I’ve staid at on vacation before!

don't hesitate to book. weather ruined most activities. obviously not fault of owner. would be wonderful place with warm weather and no rain. they have everything you need and then some.

This place had everything we needed plus more! Kitchen was well stocked and my family enjoyed cooking our family meals there. We could walk anywhere in Madison and it was neat to stay in such an old district. Michelle was very responsive and helpful and left guides for things to do in Madison. Furniture was comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. wish we could have stayed a couple more days!! Definitely a great place to stay!!

Place was perfect for what we needed and in a great location

This was our second stay at the Cozy Couch while in town visiting family. We enjoyed our stay. The home is so beautiful and clean and spacious. We love being able to travel with our dog. And the location allows us to walk everywhere, which we really enjoy. David is super responsive, even when tied up with his own holiday festivities, which we really appreciated. We can't wait to say again.

My sister, small dog, and I stayed at Lisa and Kevin’s place in Madison. We appreciated the fun decor, excellent location, and pet- friendly friendliness of their rental! We enjoyed our long weekend hiking at Clifty Falls and exploring downtown Madison. Would highly recommend!

Oh, nothing about the property was bad. I really appreciated the early check-in, but I was just unclear on what spots were available or if they were reserved. So I took a chance and I hope I did not cross any lines. The river was beautiful, the spots were well-maintained, I only wish they had electric at the place that I chose. It did have outlets but no electric hook ups. All in all a great stay and I will come back just to relax.

The house and location were beautiful and Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Renae’s place for a short getaway from Louisville with our son. We wanted to “ chill” someplace and spend time together, and Renae’s place proved to be the perfect place for this! The Cottage is beautifully done and very well- outfitted. Really lovely. We had game night and movie night - all provided there. And the waffle bar and eggs in the morning were a wonderful treat. Renae was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away with all the comforts!

Cyndi’s a great host. The photos accurately portray the space, no surprises. Fit well for my family of 5 and 3 pets. Too bad it wasn’t summer, the pool is right off the primary bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Immediate responses from Brooke when we had questions. Fabulous location with walking distance to downtown. Very spacious accommodations with nice outside sitting area and fenced yard.

Basement rental that is beautiful! Very well thought out. Comfy beds and linens. Large open space. Large bathroom. Bedrooms on separate ends of the unit with good privacy. We will be back!

Great place for a peaceful nights sleep!!! Easy to find from a major interstate .. very comfortable!
