My home has 2-3 empty bedrooms with comfy queen Nectar mattress's and a private bathroom. This listing is for the upstairs which gives you and family/friends your own area to stay with a lovely full bath. The living room has theatre-like system with streaming services and a large dining table that can seat up to 6 comfortably. You are more than welcome to use my kitchen to cook. The drive to downtown, Will Rogers Airport, and OU's campus are around 15 minutes.

This Bungalow house is situated on a creek close to the University of Oklahoma campus-about a mile walk or bike ride. It is on a cul-de-sac with lots of trees, and a big back yard. The house was designed and built by the owner, who is an architect, and who teaches at OU and who lives in the house. It is accessible on the first floor. It has lots of natural light and space. The rooms will be leased individually or as a block depending on the guest's needs.

A welcoming entryway features a minimalist design with built-in shelving and storage. Decorative plants and a motivational sign are placed on the shelf. The floor is adorned with a neutral rug, while the red door provides a bright focal point.
