Beautiful home in the woods and 1/4 mile to the lake. Plenty of parking too! Loved the deck with lights and a swing! Huge kitchen and dining area. Sitting area and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Bedrooms downstairs have their own bathroom and sitting area too! Amy checked in multiple times and offered early arrival and late departure due to the availability at that time as well.

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed. The surroundings were amazing, it was so peaceful. The decks were great to sit and relax and birdwatch. Rebecca’s instructions were easy & simple to follow. We cannot wait for our next family gathering to book again!

Swan Ridge was the perfect location for our group during our vacation for our friend’s wedding in Hilham. It was able to fit 10 adults comfortably. We had such an amazing time, we didn’t want to leave. The sunset pavilion is an absolute must if you are staying here! Took many walks to soak in the fall scenery. Would recommend and return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michele's home. Everything about it was perfect. We were in town from Michigan for a Truck Show being held in Jamestown. The drive was a bit much, but the stay was worth it. We booked our reservation within the week that we were traveling. We were very fortunate to find this Beautiful place tucked into the woods. We had long days at the Truck show and were very Happy to come back to the house to rest and relax. Everything about it was outstanding. We will definitely stay again next year if it is available. Michele thank you so much for having us!

This sweet, tiny home was just what we needed. We unfortunately had to cut our time much shorter than anticipated because my Mother’s health took a hard turn for the worst and is now passing. Jodi was so understanding, kind as well as accommodating due to our circumstances that affected each of us on a financial level. Wish we were still there, but the time we had there gave us some healing nonetheless. Thank you.

Ginger was a great host , super helpful. the location itself was amazing cleaning , comfortable and welcomed the group with delicious snacks. Each bedroom had its own character while remaining so cozy and inviting. The kitchen so equipped with necessary accommodations to pull out a fine meal. We enjoyed our blankets next to the fireplace during a lovely movie in the living space on plush sitting. the balcony had its own benefits that tied into the cute coffee station. the morning air with hot tea or coffee mixed with the unlimited rocking chair time , made it really hard to leave. we had such a peaceful time. even the thunder storm sounded magical from the inside. We would recommend staying.

It was a great experience. My friends and I want to come again sometime for another weekend getaway. Everything was pristine. Genuinely great. The only thing that was odd for us is that they had to let us in and give us the code to the door. The hostess gave us detailed instructions in person and was very polite. This did not take anything away from the overall experience though. I thoroughly recommend this place as the couple who own it are very accommodating and nice, it's nice and isolated for a good getaway, the cabin is very cozy and comfortable, and there is a fun light show for nighttime!

Shirley was flexible with requests and left clear instructions on finding and entering the home. Clean, comfortable, & beautiful surroundings. It is not near restaurants (20 min away) or shopping but it was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed thoughtful touches like nightlights and luggage rack. The view of the lake was incredible.

Loved our stay here! Peaceful, quiet, & beautiful view. The Airbnb had everything we needed. Brian was very helpful with local recommendations. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the patio watching the hummingbirds zoom back and forth and the butterflies enjoying the wildflowers planted right outside the door. We would definitely book again!

Nice, spacious, and clean place close to Dale Hollow Reservoir. Everything is new and shiny. There is nothing special at this immediate location but a lot of fun places to go nearby, including Dale Hollow. The highway can be a bit noisy, but the house is set back enough to avoid most of it. Ask the host for GPS coordinates ahead of your visit, otherwise Google Maps may get confused. Highly recommended.

I think this was my fourth time staying at Tracy’s Beason house. It won’t be my last. It’s perfect for a couple bass boats and four people if you’re planning a fishing trip. It’s a very quiet area. My friends and I love it. Highly recommend.

The outdoor space was like a dream! If you love flora and fauna, and peace and tranquility, book now! The beds were so comfy and you will find everything you need there! The Lilypad is the best! Cozy little apartment on beautiful property. The space is well stocked and very clean. The swimming pond is great, I didn’t have time to use it while I was there, but it was a beautiful area to use. I plan on returning next year and hope I can have a longer stay!
