Vacation rentals with a patio in Clarksville

The place is very peaceful and was easy to find. I like how she programmed the door to last 4 of my phone number. Easy to remember.

The apartment was very clean and had almost all the amenities we needed. Easy access to public transportation to get to other areas of Nashville and walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops. The place was comfortable and cozy and Brianna was on the spot with helpful instructions. Great place to stay when visiting Nashville.

Stephen was a great host and very accommodating. The apartment had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. He provided some snacks and candies. I texted him during our stay to ask if there was a grill. He responded right away, pulled it out, and set it up with utensils. I also have a dog and the neighborhood and yard was great for walking him.

Lovely place. I have used various locations in Nashville over the last two years, and Amy’s place is certainly one of the best I have stayed in.

The apartment and our stay was great. It was clean, as described and perfect for our needs. Check in and check out were easy and Melissa and team provided very clear and easy instructions. The beds were all very comfortable. Overall, great place to stay and would stay here again.

We got married in Centennial Park and chose Flat615 for our honeymoon. We could not have made a better choice, everything was perfect. This will he our goto place in Nashville from now on.

I really enjoyed my stay here. it was peceful and I love how it was tucked away. $6-10 to lyft downtown, short driving distance to stores or restaurants. Alexa was responsive when I needed anything. The footsteps upstairs wasnt so bad but can be a lil loud at times. I definitely recommend this stay.

We were looking for a nice but affordable location to stay in for close to a week that was pet friendly. We located this listing and I will say the pictures do it justice!! It is exactly as advertised. It is a very nice home and so neat and spacious. Very welcoming and gives the home away from home feeling. Definitely will be a repeat location if available and recommend for anyone. Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Very cute place. Close to everything. We had a problem with the heat. They were on it. They set emergency heat on and got the house up to 70 degrees for us. If it had not worked, they were gonna have it serviced that day. Anytime I messaged, they responded right away. Loved the house and if I return to Nashville, I will def stay again.

Beds were very comfortable. Linens were very clean

Mutual place was definitely a home away from home!! Very cozy, comfortable, convenient, and relaxing!! Jacob was very quick responding to everything!! Can’t wait to book again and refer friends and family to book at Mutual drive!

Highly recommend this home! It is beautifully done with modern amenities and comfort. The backyard is incredible with a pool, hot tub, seating area, and firepit. We hosted a Thanksgiving meal for family and had plenty of room for dinner. The kitchen is just the right size and has all the necessary items for cooking. We will definitely go back!

We found Justin's place last minute after our previous accommodations fell through due to weather. Justin was very responsive and the home was exactly the cozy retreat we were looking for! It was close enough to town for anything we needed but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with beautiful wildlife. We will definitely be staying again in the future and highly recommend Justin as a phenomenal host.

Not only was the house amazing but so was the host, Julie. She is quick at responding if any questions or concerns. The house was immaculate and including just about everything you can think of. We went for just a small relaxing girls getaway and it was perfect in every way! This place is the way to book!

Great place to stay!!

We stayed with another couple to enjoy a concert at the Ryman Auditorium. Parking excellent and secure. Walking in the space felt great with high ceilings and everything scaled for comfortable hang with 4 adults. We all complimented the place and how we would come back with other couples or our kids for other events in Nashville. The building feels secure. Amenities were great and one could see hosting groups in the common space for business or pleasure. Views of the skyline are un obstructed and spectacular. Hosts were really very on top of making things easy. The instructions were unobtrusive to our visit and there were no overly complicated asks. The place is easy to clean/leave as there is really just what you need available. The pathetic was great though; country music vibes. Clean, classy, comfortable, easy, happy, quiet, and pleasant. Great for a concert, game day, visit, tour, etc. Would be good for a night or a month long stay. Thanks to the hosts for a great experience!

Very responsive host. Not really walkable to the downtown area but a quick uber ride away. Beautiful place and everything was incredibly clean. Was actually nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would highly recommend 5/5!stars. Gated community aspect also added increased feeling of safety

Giles and Samantha are excellent hosts! They were so friendly and proactive in their communication, provided my guests and I with a cozy, right at home location and atmosphere, and even had the cutest welcome tray! The snacks and sangria were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again! No complaints or concerns :) just compliments to these excellent hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy, clean well located condo. We were in town for a swim meet near Centennial Park, so it was a very convenient location to everything and well priced for the amount of space we got in a spacious two bedroom condo (having two kids) relative to a hotel room. Condo's parking garage is attached to the condo and accessible on the bottom deck which was convenient. When we arrived on Thursday night, it was only 62 degrees in the condo, but Lana was very responsive and gave us guidance on how to get the heat up quickly, and a couple hours later it was closer to 68 degrees. It was super cold in Nashville the weekend we were there, so we had the heat cranking the entire stay, but it was comfortable by the next day. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were great - well decorated (love the Nashville sign - we had it lit all the time!), very cozy and homey. All in all great stay and great host!

I was planning our vacation to Nashville that my mother was gifting to my wife and I. I saw the photos of this condo and knew this was the perfect place and location. I booked it for our vacation and was immediately pleased! Tara was very responsive and helpful with local food recommendations as well as things to do. Her and her husband have a whole link that she sent me dedicated to the various recommendations based upon what you’re looking for. Our flight arrived earlier than expected and Tara was more than accommodating to allow us to check in early as to not have to lug around our luggage. She was also helpful in sending me a separate link of places that were still open during the snow storm that we experienced while there which was very helpful. My wife, mother and I had an amazing vacation and throughly enjoyed our stay at The Nest on Music Row! I have already started planning our next trip back to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in nashville! Everything was clean and the condo was exactly how it was described in the caption! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to nashville!
