Vacation rentals with a patio in Clarksville

The place is very peaceful and was easy to find. I like how she programmed the door to last 4 of my phone number. Easy to remember.

My family had a great time at Brianna’s place. It is close to everything and also is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a free parking. Checkin and checkout were easy.

The location was perfect for our family of 4!(2adults/2kids) Walking distance to everything! Arena, Broadway, museums, great restaurants and bars. Place was amazing size, lots of space, including cozy balcony. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Wish the pool was heated (but that is a Brookfield issue, not host). Roof top patio was stunning. The building felt so secure, with needing to use the Latch App for everything (doors, parking, elevator, stairway doors, pool access, etc) Rhonda was amazing at communicating with us. We’d definitely stay again!

I visited Nashville with four other women, and we had an incredible stay at the Burnham. The location was perfect—close to everything Nashville has to offer and just a 5-10 minute walk to Broadway and all the top spots. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, exactly as described. Not to mention, easy parking for our vehicle. Nolan and Brenton were fantastic hosts—quick to respond and very helpful with any requests. While check-in and check-out were seamless, not everyone in our group had full access to the app, which was a minor inconvenience, but out of the hosts control. Overall, thank you for an amazing experience! We will definitely be back!

Apartment is nicely placed and an easy walk from the main strip and to the Gultch. Very clean and has everything you need. Great balcony overlooking the pool area. Host was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

My daughter and I loved our stay! The place looks exactly like the picture, is in great condition, very roomy and the beds were so comfortable! We will 100% stay again.

This rental was very nice. I was very pleased to see how clean it was upon arrival. Lynette is very responsive and helpful. The only negative i can think of is it is located in their basement so naturally you have noise from upstairs as the host's live there. Overall a great place to stay. I felt very safe there.

Had an amazing stay here just a 10 min drive from Nashville. The space is nice and cozy with you everything you need to be comfortable staying. I loved having a fridge to use and the sink was great too. The bed was comfy and shower water so warm. Would definitely be back to stay again (:

We had an amazing stay at this home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The rooftop was the highlight—perfect for relaxing and taking in the views of the city. The location was also fantastic, close to all the attractions while still feeling quiet and private. William was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Nashville—we’d definitely stay here again!

Me and my family stayed at Rachel’s and Jojo’s home a couple days prior to Thanksgiving and I overly enjoyed the house although I did a lot of running . Pictures did this house no justice , it was beautiful and I loved everything about it . Will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a great stay! I had forgotten a few things & luckily they had everything there! Very clean, felt safe & easy check in. Can’t wait to come back!

Great house. Jacob was great with communication. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything for cooking you could possibly need. We cooked Christmas dinner there and didn't need to go buy any anything but the groceries. Much better neighborhood than many of the other rentals in Clarksville. I grew up there so I knew the areas to avoid.

Perfect house! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short uber to downtown Nashville which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for our extended family for a holiday visit. Layout of the unit was great for three couples. Location was quiet, convenient, and the interior decor was very nice and welcoming ! Loved the mattresses on the beds !

Glad we chose to stay here. Great value and felt like this must be what they mean by Southern hospitality. The full amenities and charming interior really made us feel at home. Little things like welcome snacks, which we were grateful for after a long drive, and complimentary Kruger coffee (!) were really appreciated and made us feel that the host went above and beyond. Also appreciated having condiments and cooking & eating utensils etc in the kitchen. Communication was super friendly with timely responses. Being able to park right in front was great. We stayed during a cold snap but the cottage was plenty warm. There was a local mirco-brewery a few blocks away, plus restaurants and nice cafes within a 15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Great spot and great location! We felt like we were close enough to everything and as 3 women, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. You may hear a little noise at night from some traffic (but they have provided white noise machines to help). I wear earplugs so I didn’t notice. I believe there’s also some construction next door but it was really minimal and of course out of their control. Overall we had a great time and stay and would love to return!

Such a cute little place to stay at for a weekend in Nashville. Every place we wanted to go to was within 10-20 minutes driving which was great. Broadway was down the road which was the main attraction for us. The host was sweet and responded quickly which was a plus. The whole room was so comfy and cozy I will definitely book another stay!

Kim and other hosts were very responsive to messages. Very friendly. There were just a couple things that were addressed privately. Overall I would definitely stay again. Never had a problem with noise and walking distance to tons of fun things. Thank you <3

We loved our stay! The location was perfection. Everything was decorated so cute. LOVE the Lobby and courtyard. Our host responded to every communication quickly and thoroughly. Gleicy was an absolute gem. I was very impressed with the security of this building. Which was a priority since it was a trip with my teenage daughter and a few of her friends. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! You cannot beat it for the price in this area.

Amazing location to easily get to and from Broadway with a short walk. Fitness center, pool, and multiple other amenities were great! Rindi was extremely responsive and very helpful. Great place!!

We were three older women who stayed for three nights in November. We were about 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. We even went to a local attraction, The Belmont Estate, which was 2 minutes away by car. The unit was very clean, especially the refrigerator and bathrooms, which are the most important. The beds were comfy in the two bedrooms. Our extra guest intended to stay on the pull-out sofa but found it uncomfortable, but the next nights she just made up the sofa and found it very nice to sleep there. We felt safe, with the locks and security latch on the doors. It was great to be able to have the parking lot to park right outside the door. We particularly loved Franklin, TN, which is about a 25-30 minute drive from the apartment, and the Grand Ole Opry. I would highly recommend this apartment, they were responsive to us whenever we needed them.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

This location on the river is great for walking to Broadway or to Germantown. Small balcony view of the river was nice. Place was good. Thanks.

Overall very pleasant. Very quiet neighborhood but very close to broadway and lots of varying restaurants. Just a has a binder filled with plenty of details showing various different amenities in the city.
