The location of this property is excellent, the layout of the house is reasonable, and it is spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed this trip and will choose to stay here again.

The place was super comfy and cozy, all the amenities needed for a weekend Airbnb trip! Projector and screen a very nice touch.

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

Scott hosted my friends and I in a beautiful home on the water. We enjoyed water sport activities, even in November! We were 10 minutes away from New Paltz and 10 minutes away from hiking spots! The house was east to locate, check-in to, and Scott communicated very effectively. We were even granted late check-out! The house was very charming, well-stocked, and clean. One of my favorite touches was the “pet essentials” corner. Scott provided our pup with a bed, food bowls, and a leash - very thoughtful! His rules are clearly explained and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend a stay at Scott’s and would love to return next time I’m looking to stay in the area.

Our second time staying here at Sylvia’s place. We stayed for three days and felt right at home the moment we walked in to the house. Location is great as it is walkable to town center. Planning on staying the next time if available.

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

Great find in Westport! Walking distance to main street with shops & restaurants. Didn't realize that someone lived in the unit below until we saw the check-in instructions but it was totally fine/you didn't even notice it during the stay.

The place is super cozy with a great view of the river. Perfect spot for a getaway from the city. Erik and family were great hosts too. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Spent Xmas here with my family and it was perfect - Most beautiful and clean house and happened to have a white Xmas! Great area, and loved the decor and book selection, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a Xmas meal. Hot tub is great. 10/10 can't wait to stay again

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place, great hot tub- kids had a blast with pool table. We went to Mountain Creek for skiing which was about 25 minutes away. Wonderful time.

Blake’s place was perfect for a cozy getaway. It had everything we needed. We loved the uniqueness of the space, the record player, and the huge, gorgeous fireplace. The space was as pictured, but better. Blake was a friendly and responsive host. We felt right at home and wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back!

Wonderful house for family Thanksgiving. Very quiet with beautiful views. Plenty of room for everyone. Hot tub a big plus. Pool looks amazing l, wish we were there during pool season to be able to use it. Will keep this place in mind for future family trips.

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

Amazing location with a gorgeous yard! The house was fully stocked, making it a breeze to cook for our guests. Joseph was incredibly communicative and immediately took care of a minor issue in the basement. We had such a peaceful, bucolic stay—perfect for runners with lots of hills to explore. And the pool toys added so much fun to our weekend! Highly recommend!

This house was a perfect fit for our two families for a New Year’s Eve getaway trip. It is new construction & in great condition. The kitchen is huge with nice appliances & large countertops/islands for meals & games. Bedrooms & bathrooms were very nice as well. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which is conveniently located steps from the back door. Other than a day hike to nearby Mullet Falls & a ski trip to Hunter Mountain (1.5 hr away) we spent most of our time & had all of our meals at the house. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We absolutely loved staying in Dianna's place. She offers a ton of space for such an affordable price, and taking the PATH into NYC makes it so much more economical staying in Hoboken rather than in the city. The kitchen had all we needed so we were able to cook several meals and save money there. It felt like home staying in Dianna's place and it was such a nice escape after a long day of bustling, hectic NYC. My only very small complaint is that the sheets had some dirt and sand or something similar in them when we first got into bed on the first night. Other than that, totally perfect! We will absolutely be coming back to this exact spot and recommend it to anyone looking for their next NYC/Jersey spot to stay. Thank you Dianna!

Location, location, location. So amazing to have beautiful expansive hiking trails right outside your door. There was even a map/instructions as soon as you walk in the door, to guide you to a waterfall right on the property. Rio was a fantastic host; quick and responsive over text to give helpful information on the area that really made the stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape, this is the place for you.

Lil's place was very nice and in a great part of Beacon. It was close to some great hiking trails, and just a 5 minute drive from the downtown area. Lil was very responsive to any questions and we would definitely stay there again.

Vidar’s tiny house was perfect for my tiny family. This cozy little home was a wonderful little getaway for my husband, 7-mo-old, and I to get away from the bustle of the city and enjoy some peace and walks in the woods. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable there. We were so happy that Vidar let us bring our baby along, while letting us know we should plan to bring a bassinet for him (which we did). Even in this tiny house, everyone/thing fit inside perfectly. Vidar provided excellent directions to operate everything in the home and was just a text away for any questions we had. Vidar was truly a super host! We were really glad we got to meet him, his horse Spunky, and his sweet pup Ziggy. Ziggy greeted us along the driveway as we came and went from the home! The property itself is just 15 mins away from a grocery store, Target, and Walmart among other shops/restaurants. Super conveniently located! We hope to visit again this spring/summer!

The house was a great winter retreat from the city. It’s a little remote, but great all the same. Dog friendly, great kitchen, cozy fireplace, ample space, etc…- this place is an amenities giant. It has a lovely soaking tub and ample book selection. We had the most lovely time.
