Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Clarkson

Had a week at Kyal’s apartment while working nearby at Jandakot. Nice spacious well equipped apartment, easy walk to shopping centre and train station. Good facilities at apartment complex, including undercover parking.

Stunning apartment, in the center of everything. Beautiful touches like drinks in fridge, tea coffee, and cereal, little things that was a lifesaver after a long flight. Place is peaceful and immaculate. Will be back every time I need to stay in Freo, Thanks so much

Absolutely fantastic space - clean, comfortable, private and peaceful. Paul and Pia are friendly but respectful, and I felt right at home straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for them! Location is fantastic and so much is in walking distance, but I was also able to park my vehicle on the property. Thanks for a lovely stay Paul & Pia, see you next time!

David was incredibly responsive, and provided detailed instructions that ensured our stay was seamless. The location was conveniently just outside of the CBD, close to public transport and in walking distance of most things. The space itself was comfortable and amenities were great!

We LOVED staying here. What really stood out to us was how CLEAN the place was. It was spotless and was heaven for someone like me who gets the ick easily. We have stayed at other Airbnbs before that were not as clean, and that made the stay unpleasant. But Lyda's place was so clean, we were so so happy. My husband also commented that we should come back to this accommodation on our next visit to Perth and I could not agree more. Great location, lovely welcome amenities, extremely cosy and comfortable, seamless check in and out. I cannot recommend this place more. Thank you, Lyda!

Sarah and Clarke’s place was fantastic! Spacious, super comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and everything we needed to feel at home. The location was spot on, and having a washer and dryer made life so much easier. Sarah and Clarke were wonderful hosts - friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Seb's apartment! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought went into making this space comfortable and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – truly a home away from home. Seb was an amazing host, always available and offering spot-on recommendations for local spots. Honestly, I hate to recommend it because I want to keep it a secret, but this was without a doubt the BEST accommodation we've ever stayed in. We will definitely be back! Ruby, the host’s dog was a welcome visitor during our afternoon swims 💜

This place made our vacation so much easier. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc and there were some condiments available. The fresh fruit bowl and waters were very nice so we didn't have to go out and get stuff after a long flight. There was plenty of hot water, the washing machine worked very good and there was a dryer available but there also were plenty of clothes lines and it was much faster to just hang them out. The gardens were beautiful and there is a park across the main road and lots of food trucks with a variety of foods. There is also a pharmacy and a panini shop with a small grocery store on the corner and a fish and chips place, Mediterranean food restaurant (very good food) . All in all a very good place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jackadder. The home has been really wonderful and well appointed. We’ve had everything that we’ve needed.. the restaurant across the road have been excellent as to the local farmer Jacks and bakery stores. With thoroughly enjoyed the akelands parklands and playgrounds. We are are so happy that we have been able to extend our stay here.❤️ Jackadder is an excellent property for long stays and our HelloFresh deliveries have made it right to the front door every time!

The house is beautiful, spacious very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need for your stay, a real home from home experience. Plenty of nice little additions like Soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, condiments, kitchen paper, ice in freezer and cold water in the fridge door. Everything was spotlessly clean. The facilities near by are fantastically close, a very short walk down the road with everything you could possible need. We cannot praise Jade's Hairdressers enough Jade and her staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. We cannot praise the house and location more it was all simply wonderful. We have family and friends in Australia and would defiantly choose to stay here again

Great three bedroom villa. Nang was so quick to answer any questions and supply extra coffee pods. Clean and tidy. Even had a washing machine to use

Stunning City Gem! Absolutely beautiful apartment in centre of town and with Kings Park on your doorstep. Spotlessly clean, quiet, well equipped and very comfortable beds made our stay extra special. Thank you also Lyda, for the picnic basket with all the treats. Will be back for sure.

Another thoroughly enjoyable stay at Lyric's Pad which has got to be our favourite Airbnb worldwide. Not just for the outstanding quality of the accommodation, including all the amenities, but also for the unfailing kindness of Michiel, Luka and their family. We're already planning our next visit and hope to be lucky enough to book the Pad again!

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!
