My family stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UGA. The Cozy Cottage felt like home and we had a small gathering for my daughter. The yard was amazing and we had plenty of room. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Tom’s place for our Thanksgiving trip to Athens. The property was clean, spacious and provided all the amenities necessary for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Tom was a great host and communicated well throughout our stay. We loved the location.

Perfect area to stay for a Georgia game. House was extremely clean and it made for a perfect girls weekend. Will plan to stay again at this location. Highly recommend.

Celia's place was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving family visit. Celia was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed petting the goats!

Simone’s place is lovely. Beautiful screened-in porch and gorgeous view of the woods. Feels very private even though the owners live in a connected house. They go out of their way to be respectful of guests’ privacy. The kitchen is small but very workable and all the appliances work great. We enjoyed a dozen fresh eggs—and the tap water is especially good-tasting. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy walk to the Stadium. Quick Uber to downtown. Easy access to the complex with plenty of parking. Everything needed was in the condo, and host was extremely responsive. Stay was great!

Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

JD is a perfect host, friendly and responsive. The home is convenient. It had a lived in appearance. Every wall space and counter is covered with Nicknacks and antiques. Many of the former guest enjoyed this aspect of the home from reviews. I’m a minimalist. The home was clean . The leather reclining sofa is amazing as is the huge TV.

Very much enjoyed staying in the apartment! We had everything we needed and love the cozy atmosphere. Very comfortable…allowing us to get some needed test after long days out. Would definitely recommend and or book again.

We stayed at Ryan’s when we came to visit Athens after moving up North about a year ago. It was exactly what our family needed, my husband, toddler, dog & I. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and the kitchen was just what we needed. Ryan was a great host, very welcoming and responsive to any needs we had. We look forward to staying with them again!

Our family had a wonderful time at Sarah’s home. We loved being on the farm; beautiful property, very private and lots of room for our dog to run and play. The house was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Such a unique property! We would definitely return in the future for another stay.

It was an amazing house close to Athens. I have never been to a more well stocked Airbnb than this one. Anything you could possibly need, they had. Typical 1970's appliances, but everything worked. And, it had a dishwasher!!! Great for a family gathering. Hopefully I will be back in this area and get a chance to stay here again.
