Beautiful views, loved the sunsets on the deck. Brand new lovely home, big open kitchen. Views from every window. close to everything. Mattresses are very firm, but not uncomfortable, be prepared if you're into very soft beds. Would return to this property.

We had an amazing girls trip, the house was perfect for us. Great location and kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable we ran out of time and didn’t get to use the sauna, maybe next time. :)

Fantastic location. Easily walkable. Very pretty house. Despite there being two units, we didn't hear any noise. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jonathan and Carin’s place was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the serene backyard and beautifully setup interiors. It was as described with no surprises.

Great stay. Good communication. Allison was quick to welcome us upon our arrival and responsive to our questions. Place was described accurately. I'd seen folks who had previously commented on how hard/difficult it was to navigate the driveway/road to the residence, but we didn't feel that was really an issue and had zero problems. Great view from the deck with nice deck furniture. Appliances were all great. Worth the price.

Fantastic! The layout is really good for 4 adults or 4 couples! Close to town and one floor is a bonus.

Quail Hollow was like staying at our own resort. The house is beautiful but the outdoor property and amenities make this place the perfect home to visit when in the Sedona area! Coffee outside can be enjoyed with a beautiful view of the mountain. In the evening, there are fire tables to relax by before stargazing. This is a MUST, the night sky here is breathtaking. We also appreciated the trail recommendations and the parking pass which gave us access to the local trailheads. The convenience of easily being able to do laundry was an added bonus. Sandi and Bill were such kind hosts; we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. ENJOY!

Our stay was amazing! All amenities mentioned in the listing were accurately described, and we really appreciated the notes left throughout the home for how to use the steam shower, light switch color coding, even outdoor blankets to relax on the deck with! The hot tub and steam shower were perfect after our long hikes, and the evenings were so serene under the stars and in seclusion. I accidentally locked us out of the house when we went to use the hot tub late at night, but John was so responsive and helpful to get us back inside in no time! Very clean home but also felt cozy and welcoming. Definitely recommend and we’d love to come back again!

Perfect place to stay for our friends trip to Sedona. The location was amazing, quick walk to uptown Sedona for restaurants, shops and the trolley tour. The place was so comfortable, clean and cute. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Loved the private patio with waterfall and fire pit and the hot tub! And our host was always so quick to respond to questions and recommendations.

The hosts (including the dogs!) were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The space we stayed in was clean and comfortable - perfect for a couple on a long weekend getaway. We took advantage of the beautiful outdoor sitting area and the hot tub, over looking the creek. So peaceful and relaxing. We will be back.

Very comfortable, roomy apartment. Nice outdoor space. It was convenient to hiking, grocery store, restaurants. We appreciated the quiet setting and the laundry. Alain's recommendations were helpful, as well as the red rocks pass.

It is apparent upon arrival that Pam and Paul have invested a lot in building out this Airbnb from their basement. You can readily see your designated parking space even if arriving after dark as it is surrounded by solar lights. The stairs down to the apartment have been safely constructed once again with good lighting. The apartment and patio are spotless. They have made good use of the space. All furniture is comfortable, especially the bed, which is wonderful. They have invested in good quality throughout this unit. Small touches like chilled water in fridge , ice and chilled glasses in the freezer add to the welcoming spirit. It is very quiet. Could not hear any noise from above. The view was lovely. I had thought the whole place was more out in the country from the cover photo. It is in a safe quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a brief but pleasant stay and would heartily recommend this apartment. It was so nice to return to it after braving the crowds in Sedona.

Patricia’s place is very centrally located and close to almost all the places we wanted to visit. Our company of 5 had a lot of room to move around. Host and her partner Brindy are super easy to communicate with, their response time to our querries are exceptionally fast. Beds and pillows are super comfy which means a lot after a full day of hiking. I highly recommend this place. Only thing that’s a bit of a letdown are the towels. They can use a little sparkle. Otherwise everything is exceptional for the price. Will definitely stay again.

Rachel’s place was better than as pictured! That view is incredible!! It’s located right outside of downtown Sedona and was nice to escape to this peaceful and quiet location.

Very clean and well stocked. Comfortable linens and extra blankets. Newer remodel and very convenient location walkable to many restaurants and shops.

Absolutely the best Air BNB we have ever been too. The house was gorgeous, perfectly clean and Gio was fabulous to answer any questions I had. If you are visiting Sedona, only stay on Gio’s properties. You will not be disappointed.

Very much liked the close proximity to hikes. Accommodation totally fit our needs for the two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Power went out for a while one evening, communication with host was prompt. We figured out the WiFi, but it was slightly different than the instructions posted at the condo.

Lovely place and great for walking to amenities and the Sr. Living down the street. kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking (or opening wine).

We had a great stay while in Sedona. We appreciated how well stocked the place was. There was access to the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Grocery store was across the street which made staying in after a big day of hiking great!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo.. the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities including the beautiful pool, hot tubs, and especially the pickleball courts (first time playing pickleball as a family with teens and we are hooked!). The location was superb - we were so happy to be away from the traffic of Sedona but still have easy access to many popular trails. Great to have a grocery store right across the street and walkable to many great restaurants and cafes close by. We also walked to the bell rock pathway which saved us from yet another busy trailhead parking lot. Laura Lee was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. Very grateful for the time that we were able to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location for us to do all the hiking that we had planned. There is a fantastic bakery and grocery store near by as well. There are places to eat within walking distance or a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Caroline’s place had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It is truly a beautiful area. We would definitely stay at her place again!

We were very happy with the apartment for a family of five with two kids ages 9 & 11. Great location to shopping centers and main hiking sites. No more than 5 minutes by car. The hosts were timely responsive, professional and kind. We would gladly stay at their location again. Thank you

Brandon was an AMAZING host! The condo is very clean and contemporary, beds are super comfy and the neighborhood is perfect! There is a private pool just footsteps away and a really nice supermarket for provisions just across the street. I forgot some stuff and Brandon went above and beyond to get it back to me! I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!
