Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

We only stayed one night but found the room very comfortable and facilities good. I was expecting to be able to prepare food in the room - a microwave or similar - but this was in the communal kitchen a few doors away. Not a problem for us but might have been difficult if we had children with us. Although we made jokes about the room looking like Butlins on the outside, it was comfortable and very clean. We were able to walk along the main street easily for dinner and had a quick swim as well. Only issue was not being able to get the TV onto anything we wanted to watch but that might have been us being thick!

So easy to check in and accommodating an early arrival. The apartment is warm and inviting with all necessary items to make a pleasant stay. Walking distance to shopping and eating establishments.

Absolutely amazing! The accommodation exceeded expectations and was very spacious and clean and new! We were over the moon! Loved it!

A very nice clean BnB, with plenty of space and great views with sea view from living room, terrace and bathroom. I felt very comfortable and would stay again.

Nice apartment facing the bay. Lyn was very responsive to anything we needed during our short stay (much thanks for helping with our caught crayfish!)

This place was so idyllic! We love how perfectly sized and full of everything we needed for a family holiday! I didn't need to bring a highchair or cot or toys etc. which made it so much easier for us to pack light and the kids (aged 1-4) absolutely loved the toys, games, puzzles, books...aaaand particularly the spa! Lovely location for walks, close to everything we needed. Our main goal for staying here was to relax and that is exactly what we felt we could do! Such a generous and friendly host Fiona was. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean. Location is amazing. We really appreciate for providing all basic facilities which is Air BnB standard. Also, balcony is best place in house to sit and have food and drinks while looking stunning views of sea and mountains

Florence and Sean’s place is very clean and central so you’re not far from anything nearby. Also very good that they have Netflix and Amazon Prime for their guests too.

Beautiful and peaceful location, but still close enough to Blenheim for a quick, easy commute.

Comfortable and functional motel suite, with an amazing mountain view from the rear. We even watched a pair of marsh hens feeding their chicks on the banks of an adjoining stream.

Accommodation was older but very clean. Was as described - a few minutes' drive from restaurants and the beach. Definitely good value for money

Very nice place, clean and modern. The host was helpful and gave us clean towels every day. The kitchen is a little small for a longer stay but still functional.

easy check in, beautiful mountain ranges. close to the city centre with lots to do and great recommendation book (although some prices might be outdated)

The accommodations were just as described and comfortable. Centrally located and within walking distance of city center. Washer and dryer do require change, and they are single units, so plan accordingly.
