Easy location on the outskirts of the town. Too windy for whale watching unfortunately. Very well appointed motel apartment with good appliances m. Would be happy to stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean. Location is amazing. We really appreciate for providing all basic facilities which is Air BnB standard. Also, balcony is best place in house to sit and have food and drinks while looking stunning views of sea and mountains

This stay was perfect we only stayed for one night so ideal what we needed it for! The kitchen is VERY well equipped and a very spacious space! Very good location, in walking distance of all necessities. Check in was very good as the neighbour is very helpful and helped with anything we needed and had good recommendations of the area. Would highly recommended this spot to anyone!

Very beautiful, spacious apartment. On the small veranda you can sit comfortably. The center is a short distance away, but can still be reached on foot (about 20 minutes). Jason was very responsive and responded to our messages right away.

Really happy with our choice to stay here, it had everything we needed, easy to find and was really relaxing and quiet. The bed was SO comfy (I even took a pic of the brand and make, we loved it so much!) would definitely recommend on that alone!

Great place to stay in Blenheim after a busy day. Good to have separate lounge/ dining area to bedroom. Loved the views from the loft.

Loved our stay, this was our second time here as we enjoyed it so much the first time! Stunning views over the vineyard from your room, and such a peaceful setting. We had a delicious trust the chef lunch with matching wines before check in too :)

What a fab stay! Jo was terribly kind and so helpful. She allowed me to check in early and it was so nice to meet her in person. The apartment was spotless, so clean and had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. It was great having air con as it was very warm (summer in NZ!) as well as having free parking right next to the space. There was even a laundry. Definitely one of the best air b n b’s I have stayed in, thank you so much! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful view of Wakefield, seeing the Tui’s were a highlight. Sheep chickens and a very handsome ginger cat. So peaceful just lovely.

The apartment is close to the town, park, ocean and the dolphin experience. Sitting on the deck is pleasant in the mornings and evening. Everything was very comfortable.

Handy location for the festival we were attending.

Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

Our visit to Kaikuara was brief but truly memorable. We had a wonderful Whalewatch experience and Michael was very helpful. The apartment is very tranquil, clean and well equipped. Thank you Michael.

The accommodations were just as described and comfortable. Centrally located and within walking distance of city center. Washer and dryer do require change, and they are single units, so plan accordingly.
