Vacation rentals with a patio in Clapiers

Our stay with Susan was an amazing experience. Susan received us in the best way possible in her beautiful appartment which has all the necessities and even a little private garden. We had several bikes available for us to go around and peaceful surroundings which was highly appreciated. Still, the appartment is close to everything, which makes it a perfect match for us. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Olivier was perfect in communication for access to the studio. The studio even with its beautiful little terrace and view is on the 4th floor accessible by an old spiral staircase. To go up and down with big luggage, you have to be a little sporty. But to enjoy the view after, it's worth it. This studio is well-equipped. The interior is pretty basic. For me, it lacks a little color. The location of the studio in the center is perfect. Quiet street, next to Place de la Canourgue with its park and terraces of bistros and restaurants.

Impeccable, clean and spacious accommodation with a beautiful terrace in a peaceful corner close to the city center. Five minutes walk from the tram and ten minutes from the train station! Recommended

This accommodation was perfect for our little family of three including our toddler. The amenities were great and the surrounding area is very peaceful. Close proximity to lots of parks and it really is a short trip to the beach or central Montpellier. We hope to visit again - Marie was a wonderful host and readily available for any requests or queries. She was kind enough to help repatriate my headphones that I left behind too - thank you!

Absolute top AirBnB where we had a great week. We'd come back in a heartbeat. Wonderful, quiet location, surrounded by greenery. Wonderful place where we immediately felt right at home. Stylishly decorated, beautiful design, good quality of decor and furnishings. Large turnaround all around with a garden and a private hot tub. During the day, you can use the host's swimming pool in your own garden, which is also a dream. Fantastic property with modern architecture and a lot of style. Good, friendly and straightforward communication with the host. All in all one of the best AirBnB's we visited!

Very nice air-conditioned house with a pool! 15-20min drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

this accommodation is a small cocoon full of charm, well-equipped and functional. it is ideally located in a quiet area while being close to the heart of the village.

Excellent stay at Patrick's for my daughter and her 2 friends. The studio is very well located to do everything on foot, in the marina square, with all the shops, restaurants and the market at the foot of the building, the beach nearby. Very quiet on the top floor with a beautiful view and a patio out of sight very pleasant. Double exposure and fan to make a draught to cool the atmosphere. The studio is even better than in the photos and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Patrick was very welcoming and considerate, cared about their good installation and made sure everything was okay. He gave them a lot of practical information about Carnon and even brought them very kindly to Montpellier train station on the last day to avoid public transport. In short, this home is a small pearl at a very reasonable rate!

We fell in love with this super modern studio, the decor is warm and on trend. The quality of the cleanliness of the space is absolutely impeccable, impeccable. The cabinets and cabinets are very well organized, everything is tidy and arranged inside with care. The studio smells extremely good, I have also taken note of the brand of the diffuser.;) At Celine's, the detail is very important and you feel the desire to make your guests have a pleasant stay. The veranda is one of the big assets of this place, we really didn't feel like we were in a studio:) Finally, Celine is a punctual and very responsive host, and always responded quickly. The beach two minutes from the house allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Carnon beach🫶🏼 We'll be back here, guaranteed:)

Very good stay at Francis' place. Pleasant accommodation for a family of 3 with a dog. Very good communication with Francis. The Clim is a great plus and so is the garden. The accommodation is close to everything, very beautiful area to visit. We'll be happy to go back
