Vacation rentals with a patio in Clagiraba

Meika’s place was absolutely beautiful! Being in an older apartment building, the apartment itself was massive. The two full bathrooms were enormous! Windows wrap around the entire apartment offering sea views and a Birds Eye view of the hustle and bustle of surfers. The balcony was great! Check in and out was super easy with very clear instructions, and Meika was delightful to deal with. My only other comment is that, with the massive windows and there only being one air conditioner, the apartment could get a little warm- especially in the main bedroom. This was a very small downside though, and a tiny price to pay for the massive windows all around. We were hoping to see a storm roll in from our vantage point- it would be quite spectacular from the 14th floor!!

Thanks Maree - our stay was wonderful and we really appreciated the extra touches -with beach umbrella and chairs and the modern wooden Xmas tree with lights. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped with the extra crockery, cutlery, salad bowls and an assortment of lovely glasses which were perfect for the festive season. The location over looking the park was charming and peaceful apart from the delight of hundreds of parakeets all settling in to roost at night, a highlight of our stay! A great balcony, comfortable bedding and furniture and a flexible check in, which was very welcome after the drive and Xmas traffic. We look forward o staying again.

The apartment is in the perfect location, right by the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and clean, has everything you need, highly recommended!

Had the best relaxing stay at Surfers Paradise. This unit is in a perfect location, walking distance to Caville Ave, access to the beach, restaurants, family activities and more. The unit itself is fantastic. The view is perfect, overlooking whole beach buildings along the esplanade. The balcony is perfect to sit and have a laid back drink while watching the rest of the world. Clean, nicely decorated space. The host was amazing, very responsive, clear instructions, and check in was a breeze. Highly recommended, will come back again 😊

Our first time visiting the Gold Coast and we definitely got lucky staying at Steve and Wendys. Awesome location and apartment layout was perfect for our little family of three. Pacific Fair is a short walk away and if that's too busy for your liking there's another Woolies the same distance in the opposite direction. Beach is across the road and really good restaurants are plentiful in the vicinity. The only thing to point out for others is that some of the tenants can be a bit rough around the edges but at least they paused their loud arguments when you're walking by. Steve and Wendys apartment is probably the crown jewel of the building and we would happily stay again.

Jackie & her accommodation was awesome. Very welcoming, quick with responses, very helpful with our needs. This holiday meant a lot to me & my family. My mum has overcome a lot but this also means she requires use of a wheel chair. Jackie’s space was manageable with a wheelchair, just the front door has a lip but other than that struggle free. Stunning views, great aircon, all the basics for an air bnb met. Thanks heaps Jackie for the awesome stay.

Me and my partner had a very nice quiet weekend away, wifi was a bit spotty but that’s kinda what you get for that area, lovely little horses on the property. Would stay there again.

Thank you Kali and Dale for making our stay so memorable. We had an excellent Christmas and made some lasting memories. Truly a family and dog friendly place to stay. Pretty sure Maverick would have stayed if he could! Beautiful property, well located and lots to do in the surrounding areas. Kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook our Xmas dinner. Kali and Dale were quick to respond to any messages and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate to book your stay.

Absolutely loved our stay, Matt has great attention to detail in this property. The house and outside areas were spotless with everything you may need whilst travelling interstate with a young family. So much to do within the property itself and it was hard to leave the beautiful views. We highly recommend this place and would love to visit again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great house with all the necessities and more! Loved the extras like boardgames and my favourite was the gorgeous bath. Walking distance to great cafes and beaches. Can't wait to come back

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

Paul is a one in a million host, he was always keeping me up to date and checking in. We had staff stay in the house whilst they were at work and they couldn't praise it enough. The amenities within the house and the small touches on arrival were greatly appreciated. Thank you again Paul, the boys are excited for their return.

Great townhouse that was fantastic for a family. I really enjoyed our stay here and everything about the booking, check-in and stay went really smoothly. The communication we received was informative and helpful. The area is great with a good beach for young children within a 3 minute drive from the house. The house was clean, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could think of. Beds were comfy and having the outdoor balcony off the main living room made meal times really easy. I would happily stay here again and have been recommending to friends.

We stay for 1 week. And it felt like home. Beautiful view and location. We asked for a high chair because we have a toddler and they bought the new one for us. What a lovely services. Will come back for sure. Thanks Kristopher & Sokda

Julie was such an incredible host. Her home was so beautiful and views were amazing just like the pictures. Apartment was easy to access and easy to check-in and out. Would definitely recommend to stay here for those who are visiting and would definitely stay here again.

very good location. very clean. Qian was a good host and really friendly and set the place up very well. The location is amazing and right next to broadceach with lots of amenities. The apartment was pretty much exactly as described in the listing so no surprises. Overall definitely recommended as a nice easy place to stay near the beach at Goldcoast!

Fabulous location across from Cabarita Beach 28 .. close to shops and easy to walk everywhere locally / lovely apartment very comfortable beds! Pool onsite and we enjoyed a late afternoon swim after a beach day
