Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

Perfect location close to IE business school, where I needed to study. The photos don’t really show how beautiful and comfortable the studio apartment is. As someone from NY, this was plenty of space for me and met all of my needs. Strong WiFi, comfortable bed, quiet place, a balcony, and plenty of closet space. I felt right at home, which enabled me to do my best while in the throes of intense, rigorous studying. The host was very gracious and excellent with communication, easy check in, and no problems. We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The house is as described and seen in the listing, very comfortable, very easy to get to and in a beautiful area, we had the heating set upon arrival which was very grateful, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It's a large house ideal for families. We would do it again without any hesitation.

The experience was very positive, the space was as described and the amenities improved the experience! The apartment was quite spacious and modern, with a lot of tidiness. Everything worked perfectly, and the location was good, close to the Metro, but otherwise I had no opportunity to explore the area, because it was quite residential.

Spacious apartment,it is as shown in the photos, we were 4 adults and 2 children and very well, it met our needs. The sofa bed is large and very comfortable. Barrio obrero, for sleeping a lot of tranquility there is no noise. And having that small patio is a plus. Well connected to the center and close to the Bernabeu on foot. Supermercados bars,restaurants.....all by hand. Juan is very attentive at all times. He responds immediately. I would come back for sure.

All information received facilitated the arrival and process of stay. We had a pleasant and hassle-free stay although we would like to influence the amount of blankets available and their location for the stay. In total computation of the blankets available we had no problems, yes.

The apartment is perfect for a weekend in Madrid. It was very clean, location is about a 30 mins from the center using the metro (including walking time) and didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. Would stay again!

Hosts were very nice and responsive, accommodated me when I asked to check in early. Provided clear and helpful instructions relating to the Airbnb.

Very well located. Well I supply. Just two negative aspects. The bathroom is too small for my taste but serves its purpose. There is a construction on the adjoining plot and there is a lot of noise during the day. In the evenings, no problem. Excellent area, ideal for walking and has many restaurants nearby.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Liron was fantastic and I cannot think of a better place to stay. He was very responsive and helpful. The apartment has a great couch and TV, and a comfortable bed. The neighborhood also could not be better. We loved it and hope to be back! Oh, also, follow his recommendations for places to go - they are great!

Incredible location!!! It was the perfect little home base for a few days seeing all of the sights in the center of Madrid! We walked to the Prado, Retiro park, the palace, Rastro flea market, plaza mayor, San Miguel Market, and tapas bars on C. De la Cava Baja all within 3 days with minimal travel time! Comfy bed too
