This stay was exactly what I was looking for. Considering I’m not from Guatemala it was extremely easy to get to this location, and the places nearby were as nice as the view from the room, and the 19th floor. The airbnb is cozy, and provides a great view at the Volcanoes that make Guatemala’s iconic. In other words, “bang for the buck”.

I know the area for it's hustle & bustle traffic stopping busy-ness. But just off Diag. 6 this gem of a place let's you relax and have awesome views of the ever growing skyline with the volcanoes in the background. Friendly entrance security. And if you do like the shopping and dining of the area it's a safe 5 to 10 min walk. Well equipped even to cook a nice meal (grocery stores waking distance). Diana was friendly and was quickly apologetic about a minor furniture mishap. It's not about perfection but about service and attitude. That being said. Nice place for a quick stop after being in the area or even for a longer stay. I didn't use the parking space but totally a plus in a city that is congested all the time.

This was certainly not our first stay here. We keep returning because of the location, the value for what you get (great space and location and off street parking). The space is bright and cheery, spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable. The large outdoor space with a terrace is a bonus. As a result we keep coming back and look forward to our next visit!

Carlotas place was as expected. Nice stay. Easy, clean, simple. Everything you need to go around the city center and you have a supermarket in lower level that is convenient. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for one night. Everything was perfect all included amenities were great. Maury leaves a very welcoming basket and information booklet which allowed us to easily order dinner. This is a great place to stay especially for more than one night it is so comfortable.
