Fred’s place was very well located for our needs and was very spacious. The inclusion of a pool and snooker table were very welcome. Fred left helpful instructions around the home which was much appreciated. Fred was easy to communicate with and the whole experience was a memorable one. Thank you Fred!

Lovely home, large enough to fit a big extended family without everyone stepping on each other’s toes. The pool entertained the children for hours. There were so many bathrooms that we barely had to wait for our turn when we had to get ready to go out. I recommend this home to others with large families looking to spend time together!

Yes, this place is as fantastic as it looks, and yes, it is literally right on the water. It's immaculately designed and constructed, and the attention to detail is impressive. We stayed in the middle of a mini heatwave, so the huge 12.5m pool was a godsend. It's a short walk to multiple restaurants and cafes, and Angela and her two dogs, Rufus and Rusty, were very welcoming and great company on the occasions we saw them. Angela is incredible kind, generous and knowledgeable... We've already recommended her place to friends and family.

Beautiful tranquil setting , abundance of space / room in the PentHouse accommodation area. Easy access to where we needed to travel to (beaches / city / inner west Would highly recommend to anyone or families when staying in Sydney’s Upper North Shore

We had a wonderful stay at Jarita’s property. It was easy to find and exceptionally clean, with clear and helpful instructions provided by the host. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re looking to stay in the Parramatta area. We attended a wedding in Minchinbury, and the property’s proximity to shops made it even more convenient. The added bonus of a pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!!

We absolutely loved our stay in the guest house. Such beautiful surroundings with a well maintained pool and house interior. Basic property, very clean as advertised and perfect for a one night stay to attend concert at Accor Stadium Sydney Olympic Park.

The home feels new and extremely clean. It was perfect for what we needed. We were able to fit two cars in the garage, which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.
