Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket & cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. The unit has fridge, microwave, pod coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guest use. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!
