Vacation rentals with a patio in City of Cockburn

Well decorated tidy unit, comfortable stay near Fremantle. We’ve met some doorlock problems, and the host helped us to solve it with immediate response☺️

We had a fantastic stay at Cosi's place... it felt brand new and is perfectly located near our favourite beaches and all that the city of Fremantle has to offer. Having 2 beautiful bathrooms was a godsend, the kitchen was great, and we all enjoyed watching the cricket on the world's biggest TV! Cosi was so helpful and great to deal with... we can't wait to come back!

Claire’s place was an absolute Gem! The location was perfect, right across from a gorgeous park. The perfect place to have a picnic at sunset! Amenities were neat, clean and as described. Unit was super quiet and a short and lovely stroll into Fremantle. Thank you for being a fabulous host and with such easy directions we had a pleasant stay.

Wow, what a great place to stay. The location of the apartment is super convenient. Easy to walk everywhere including the beach for lovely swims. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay made easy by Jessica’s prompt communication. Also the apartment has a secure parking space which was really useful as parking on the street was tricky. We have just enjoyed a lovely short stay here. We really loved the French vibe of the flat with its unique and individual decor, spiral staircase and the verdant leafy garden. We also really enjoyed being in the South Fremantle area generally, there are a lot of really nice cafes for coffee and restaurants for meals out in South Street within very easy walking distance . South Beach is just down the road and others are close by. We also walked to the picturesque Fremantle harbour area too.. more restaurants and bars , and only a couple of Ks each way. Carol + Steve are excellent hosts, and really nice ! Everything you need is there and if something is needed then you would only have to ask them. We never met the cats ! ☹️

We loved the property. It was beautifully decorated and furnished and in a wonderful position in Cottesloe. We had a couple of queries that were answered satisfactorily immediately. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to stay again in the future.

It was a fabulous place to stay. So central to cafes, movie theatre, market, the prison, the port and lots of nice eateries. All so easy to walk to. Place was nice and clean and aircon was great on the hot days and nights.

Lovely airbnb experience. Stayed 2 nights with my 2 kids and my parents. Awesome kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. big fridge. the place is very clean and fresh. bedrooms comfortable and the courtyard is a nice little spot to sit. you are close to all the south freo spots which is great to be able to walk to. thanks for having us and allowing one extra kid that was really appreciated. I would recommend and def stay here again.

Stayed for a three days, as a party of three, for a work trip. Lyda's place exceeded our expectations and proved to be an excellent home to retire to after the long days. The amenties (pantry, bathroom & laundry) are generously stocked, which allowed us to only need one shop at the nearest supermarket. We were able to cook dinners and breakfasts in the amply supplied kitchen & dining area. Would highly recommend for travellers seeking a clean, generously spaced & relaxing home when visiting Perth.

We loved our time at Packers house - it really had everything we needed for our stay! Loved that there was air conditioning in the lounge and the main bedroom, along with ceiling fans in the other two rooms which meant we all had a good nights sleep despite the crazy heat at this time of year! My only complaint would be that the rubbish bin was completely full when we arrived so we had to put it out a week into our stay and as it was Christmas we had accumulated alot of rubbish ourselves over that time and squashing down the previous guests rubbish to fit ours in wasn’t the best! There also seems to be ALOT of food left in the fridge and pantry, opened sauces etc and I’m not the biggest fan of using other people’s items but I suppose it could be handy for some. Overall it was a lovely stay and we will definitely be looking to rebook next time we are in Perth.

This place is an example of a great Airbnb. Our family has stayed at quite a few places around the world, and it’s always the little things/personal touches that make experiences unique. We felt welcomed at Amber & Phil’s place and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this listing!

Lovely 2 night stay at Trevor's place for a quick trip to Perth. Had everything we needed and appreciated the small touches such as milk in the fridge. AC nice and cold which helped on a 42 degree day! Clear check in instructions and everything as per the listing. Would stay again. Thanks Trevor.

Stayed with my 2 young son's for a week and would highly recommend. Plenty of room, great sized backyard and everything you would need for a vacation with the family.

More than happy to stay again and stay longer

“The location was great—just a short drive to the sea, and the parking was really convenient. However, only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms had air conditioning, which was a big downside given the scorching 42°C Perth heat. It made for some uncomfortable nights in the uncooled rooms. If air conditioning was installed in all the bedrooms, it would make a huge difference to the overall comfort of the stay.”

Comfortable home to stay in with lots of space and amenities including a coffee machine, laundry + drying machine! Only issue was with neighbours complaining of cars being parked on the street - however Ercan was very proactive and communicative in letting us know this, and there is lots of space on the driveway to park in. Overall, would recommend!

I'll talk about the room but first I have to talk about how Gillian have been amazing to us. She is a wonderful, friendly and funny women with such a beautiful soul. She is deeply kind, and helped us with everything since we landed in Perth. She want to make you feel home since the moment you come inside her place. Her appartment is quiet, cozy, and so comfortable. I had the best nights in the bed, I slept soooooo well. The bus station who goes directly in the city is in front of the appartement. Thank you Gillian for welcoming us as family, the backpacker's family !

We had a fantastic stay. The property was 100% accurate of the description and photos provided when booking. The property was a short walk to the city and plenty of transport options nearby. Thank you Lyda for being such a great host we will be back.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended, cozy house, clean and tidy, everything is perfect. Claire is a fantastic host. It's easy to communicate with her. To a foreigner whose English is not very good, she always understands what I mean. You can enjoy the lake and birds opposite the house, nice view.

I appreciated Anita’s friendly open manner and enjoyed every aspect of staying in her home.

The home was very cozy and felt very comfortable. Little things much as providing milk/some butter and bread was great given I travelled from the Pilbara. The neighbour was a nice guy who chatted. Awesome location access to coffee at your feet. Thanks again Jules.

Amazing location and very well equipped apartment. It was perfect for our weekend away and close to family. We were able to explore Fremantle as everything was in walking distance. There were so many choices of eating places also within walking distance. The apartment had beach towels, plenty of room for all guests and it was very comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and look forward to staying again.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants minutes away by foot and literally right by the beach thru the driveway at the back. Pool heaps of fun for the kids too. Great accommodation, nothing too flash but everything you need and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate staying here again and hope we will.
