Vacation rentals with beach access in City Beach

This place is a gem! Stayed a week with my 2 kids (6 & 15). The apartment is a 2 min walk to the beach and cafes, 5 mins to Coles and the pools. The apartment was very clean, plenty of linen, towels and goodies in the kitchen. The little things made such a difference when travelling with the family. The pool area is beautiful, we used the indoor and outdoor pool each day. My teenage son was hiring e-bikes from the beachfront and riding along the boardwalk in the afternoons. The sunset markets on a Thursday night was such a treat - and to be able to walk back to our apartment across the road was a bonus! There is one sitcom in the lounge/kitchen area which was so good and fans in both bedrooms. It did get a little hot in the bedrooms but we were there during a 45 degree heatwave!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat - very responsive hosts, excellent instructions, and easy to navigate the huge building once you get the hang of it.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was spacious, clean and felt safe. We enjoyed listening to the kookaburra in the trees outside, and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. It’s only a short drive to the beach and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Marcellas place, is the place to stay! Marcella is so friendly and really helpful and responsive, Marcella really helped us out with check in and out instructions and additional help with a later than usual check in! The apartment itself is perfectly situated a few minutes walk from the beach, having parking available was super handy and the pool was such a nice amenity It was clean and tidy and really really lovely The bed was comfy and the block is super quiet There was also some really cute little snacks on check in that were definitely appreciated after 24 hours of travel I cannot recommend marcellas place enough, friendly host, perfect location, lovely apartment! Thank you so much Marcella for having us!!

Ted was a very responsive host. Gave me a little time to settle in and then popped over to show me a few things. He was very accommodating with my requests for early baggage drop off and an extension to my original booking. The condo is beautifully appointed, clutter free, and very clean Would highly recommend staying

Right in the heart of Cottesloe and only a short walk from the beach, this little gem had us feeling right at home from the moment we stepped inside. The view from the lounge room and balcony was well worth it, a real treat to sit and watch the sun set each evening! The unit was neat, clean and well appointed and had everything we needed for a week's stay and we appreciated the little treats that were provided for us upon arrival by Kirby. We loved it and absolutely advocate that anyone else staying here will too!!

A great apartment with amazing views of the sea and stunning sunsets. Ideally positioned to enjoy the local amenities and with a private underground carpark. Also has an amazing bakery just below the apartment that does lovely cakes and pastries. Loved the dart board on the balcony, a nice touch.

enjoyed every minute of our stay there.we were 15 min walk to bars and restaurants. the area was so peaceful at night.would recommend the house to everybody.

House was huge and had enough room for 6 people. Host was responsive when I reached out for help to fix a broken bulb. Sofa in the living room was comfortable and suitable for a family to sit together for some bonding time.

Ashley was very accommodating and communicative. Check-in and check-out details we're sent through and so easy to follow. The house is beautiful and was a great place to stay. The kitchen has all the tools you need for day-to-day, we used it daily. The location is great for being near Freo and South Freo. Aircon worked great for the hot days and the lounge and balcony areas are great for unwinding. Great place to stay and great host!

Such a great little place in the most beautiful location! Emma was easy to deal with and the place was lovely and clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The doggy park at the door step is a bonus as is all the cafes and beach within walking distance! Definitely recommend!

It was always a pleasure returning to Coastal Cottage Retreat after a long day exploring the much changed city of Perth and visiting friends we'd not seen since moving East many years ago. We found the cottage to be comfortable, extra clean, spacious and extremely well equipped with everything needed to make our stay most enjoyable. The treats left on the table awaiting our arrival added that special touch and were very much appreciated. Thank you Catherine.

Sarah’s beach house was perfect for my family and me! It was right by the water which we loved and easily accessible right off the street. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying here again if given the opportunity. Sarah also left a lovely gift basket with goodies and fresh food items in the fridge to welcome us!

Maria’s place is excellent.. Perfect location, walkable to the foreshore, and drivable to everywhere.. Property has loads of space and a great layout.. Nice and clean, and brilliant facilities.. Brilliant park over the road.. Maria was brilliant - always replied very quickly, and allowed us to extend our stay twice.. Instruction into the property, aircon etc were very clear and precise.. All in all I would recommend Maria’s place to anybody- and should I need a place to stay in Rockingham, this will be it.. 5 stars..

Ro was a fantastic host and she has an amazing spot. She greated us at the home and gave us a thorough run down of everything including places to check out and best eateries. It's a great spot for a dog also. Ours loved exploring the backyard and close by dog friendly beaches. Would highly recommend staying with Ro 😊

Great location, clean and functional space, great view, nice and cool with the breeze / fans, brand new kitchen with everything you need. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Great stay in Freo! Jen was a really accommodating host that helped out with all of our requests. The place was incredibly clean, and a great location with a 10-15 minute walk to both nearby beaches and central Freo for all the shops and restaurants. We’d definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

Brian was a friendly and responsive host. The extra mile Brian went for our comfort, such as ice cubes, bread and milk on arrival, were so kind and so appreciated. It was clear he has a passion for being an amazing host

This place was exactly as described as and great value. We enjoyed the setting and ease of waking everywhere with great restaurants and all the sights close by. The bed was super comfy and the apartment itself was updated and modern, and in a quiet location. We will be back!

Lisa and Pete were outstanding hosts! We felt right at home even on the opposite side of Australia. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay and was more than helpful at the drop of a hat. Her and the other hosts were super accommodating and friendly, couldn’t be more thankful. As for the property itself, it’s lovely what they’ve managed to do with such a small foundation. Stepping inside BIG, you’d never know you were attached to the other accomodations, let alone being able to tell how many renovations went into the structure. What does shine through is the love and care they have taken in building the best home away from home for any distanced travellers! Thanks again for a great stay !

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Ian and Liz's place is wonderful. It has a beautiful view to the ocean as in the picture, a huge TV, with comfortable sofa, chair, and bed. It is clean, well furnished for cooking, and very tastefully decorated. The shower is great and I was grateful for the shampoo and conditioner. In fact, everything is furnished as though you have lived there forever. The apartment is very quiet and in a nice neighborhood. I felt very safe walking home in the dark! Thank you so much Ian and Liz for providing a great home away from home.
