House vacation rentals in Città della Pieve

This place is set away in the hills in a little town called San Casciano. You’re kilometres away from the nearest sign of life, so everything is so serene and peaceful. The place itself is a classic old Tuscany villa. Exactly what we were after. It’s an old house but everything works to make the stay comfortable. Angela who supported with check-in and check-out was extremely helpful. Loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

This is one of the best airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The grounds are beautiful with breathtaking views. We loved picking the herbs to cook and eating the fresh eggs laid by the chickens each day. There are many different areas to sit with plenty of comfortable garden furniture and shaded sun loungers. There are lovely bits of pottery all around the house and grounds. The house is really comfortable and a cool retreat during the midday sun, whilst the air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us cool at night. The swimming pool is really well maintained, large and a wonderful escape from the hot sun, it is lovely and deep and we had a lot of fun using the diving board. There is also an outside shower to wash off afterwards. The hosts were fantastic. Flavio and Elizabetta went out of their way to make us comfortable, they left us food and wine on our first night and did so many things to accommodate us, without being intrusive, they are amazing people. We hope to be back.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved the home and location! There were nine of us and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Amanda was a fabulous host. She was very responsive with all communication and helpful with places to see in the region. The location was excellent for traveling all around Tuscany and it was very peaceful. We can't wait to go back!

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

Stefania and her family were excellent hosts, meeting us on arrival and ensuring that we had all our questions met. The home and views from the property were incredibly and even better than the photos. My friends and I had a lovely stay, I only wish we had booked longer.

I've booked houses many times, I've never had hosts like this before. Upon our arrival, we found not only cheese and sausage, but also homemade bread and pastries. On the third day we were surprised with a cake and the day after they made lasagne and dessert for us. Samuele was by far the friendliest and most attentive host we have ever experienced. Its warm nature made the stunning house perfect. We were three families with children, each had their retreat. The kitchen was great for cooking together. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful, the view a dream. The pool and playground for the kids were perfect. We had a wonderful week and would come back anytime. Communication with Saskia in advance and with Samuele on site was excellent. I could rave for a long time, unfortunately the characters are not enough. 1000 thanks to Samuele for the great house and his hospitality. See you next time

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Everything was perfect, Francesca was super helpful from the first moment of booking, the apartment is equipped with all the amenities we needed.

We used two apartments because we were a group. Clean, quiet, with fenced garden and very close to the Arezzo Equestrian Center. We had a good time and plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Luca is a very friendly and fair owner.

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely stunning, peaceful spot. It was perfect for my family of 5 as a home base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having a fire every night. Very nice to have the option of drinking some of their wines if desired.

Photos and descriptions didn't fully describe this antique jewel. We were surprised to find a very charming 2 floor home in a secluded olive grove. Nobody else lives in a radius of over 500 meters, our dog was happy to roam around freely. Quarry stone walls, beautiful old inner doors, floor tiles and wooden beams give the feel of a 200 years old house. However, the kitchen, TV, bathrooms, warm water, windows and main doors are perfectly functional. We much enjoyed the large covered terrace, to grill in the outdoor fire place and loved to use the fireplace inside. Historical Todi was a surprise, in fact we found it even more interesting than beautiful Assisi and Orvieto. Irene sent us a long list of shops, restaurants and interesting places to see. Our favourite was the wine tasting at Todini. We can definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return anytime!

We would recommend anyone to book Rina’s beautiful stay! We can’t say enough great things about the experience. Rina and her family were so extremely kind and friendly, and the beautiful animals on the property were a huge highlight for us. The place itself was gorgeous. Thank you Rina and family for everything! We will miss it.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but we immediately fell in love as soon as we crossed the threshold, everything was perfect, a small but super cozy and comfortable house with all the needs. I look forward to coming back.

Everything was really impeccable, from the surroundings inside the house, always helpful and kind host, nothing was missing. The only things to bring with you are the salt and napkins for those who want to cook there, otherwise everything is available by the host, who also offers wine and oil of their own production
