Pak Wayan's place is very spotless, spacious and tidy for two people. Pak Wayan's friendly and fast response and kindly provides us some amenities and water to drink. Also, we got our fresh towels and bed sheets after three days we were staying. I will definitely come back whenever I visit Jakarta next time and I recommend everyone to stay at Pak Wayans. I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

The place is as described, clean, close to public transportation, very suitable for family trips. Simple cooking utensils are available so you can cook simple dish by yourself. On weekdays there is a food center in the next building that you can bought. Overall, the accomodation is very comfortable for us. Thanks Mba Dian.

Great accomodation to relax far from the chaos of the city center. The room is not big but functional. Ideal for 1 person. In exchange, the condos facilities are huge. Large pool with sundecks. Not many people there until 3pm, when families with kids come too. Well equipped gym. Having two convenience stores, one with fresh fruits and vegetables, inside the condo, is another plus. Otherwise, one big supermarket and one upscale shopping Mall with food hall at walking distance.
