Filippo’s place is a downtown gem, great location, lots of nearby restaurants and attractions, it’s in the heart of the city, the terrace has a nice view and is very chill. I highly recommend and will visit again soon.

A very nice apartment with several balconies and terraces, light bright and very clean. Close to all amenities, and very secure. Elsa and her families are very welcoming and very attentive. The space was perfect! Everything was as pictured and described. Hana is a responsive host, pleasant and flexible. The apartment was clean, with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom or in the bedroom. The location of the residence is quiet and close to shops. It felt like home!

Right opposite to Tunisia Mall which was a competitive edge. Very close to lac where all restaurants are located. Private gated parking made life easy. Super clean and Netflix + smart TV was honey on a sweet toast 🥰 Will stay their again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super clean and well-maintained place. Bonus points are the gym, swimming pool, washing machine, bathtub, queen bed which is very comfortable and the fact that there were some hygiene products already on site. Neighborhood and secure residence with surveillance agents at the entrance. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the video explanations which were very clear. Recommended!
