I don’t usually wrote reviews because I don’t usually feel like a place for is worth 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… However, The Patricia exceeded all of my discriminating expectations! We stay in a lot of rentals and The Patricia is the nicest one by far! Well-appointed, great layout, easy check-in, ample parking and absolutely beautiful! Barbie is such an amazing host! STAY HERE

We loved our stay here!! We had a bit of a hiccup and needed somewhere to stay night of and Pat let us check in immediately. They were so understanding and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! Could not recommend this place more!!!!

We stayed one night for a work trip and everything went smoothly. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Great place to stay. It was very clean, in a great location, fit all of our needs. The home was very well stocked and included games to pass the time. I really liked the decor. There was a lot of thought and little touches put into the house. I would stay again.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Great hot tub. Great everything I really enjoyed it. We will stay here again. Great place for the wife and kids close to Rocker B baseball fields. close to the restaurants in Gradford. Next time I’ll bring a Keurig coffee pods. Loved it for rockerB baseball tournaments

Beautiful place to spend our time! Perfect distance to all the places we needed to go to but, far enough to relax and enjoy the lake.

We had an amazing weekend at this lake house! The setup was perfect, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and a fast resolution to a minor issue made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
