Extremely satisfied with the location and price It was nice that the communication with the owner was very quick and accurate to solve the problem. One regret is that if there were a few more apartment access cards, it would be convenient for the family to stay. There was only one card, so it was a bit of a pity that several people were busy moving up and down.

My god, where do I even begin? This stay was absolutely wonderful—one of those rare places that looks exactly like the photos and matches the description perfectly! The unit on the 15th floor offered a stunning city view, and every possible amenity you could need in an apartment was right there. On top of that, Kevin was always available and super responsive, making sure everything was smooth and easy to follow. All you need to do is stay, relax, and enjoy—he’s thought of everything! I also really appreciated how he constantly seeks feedback to improve, which is probably why this place keeps receiving great reviews. I was in Jakarta for a concert at GBK, and while Tebet might seem a bit far distance-wise, the stay was so amazing that I’m beyond glad I didn’t settle for anything less! If I ever come back to Jakarta, this is 100% where I’ll be staying again. And if the photos and amenities check your boxes, don’t even think twice—just book it! Thank you again, Kevin! :)

Sunhwa's place is nice, cozy & family friendly. We were celebrating new year with whole family and enjoyed our stay there. The owner is very nice, live near the homestay, so no need to worry if we need their help urgently. Thank you for letting our family staying there :)

We booked this place for remote work and I think this place offers a lot compared to the price we paid. Host was very communicative and flexible to tend our needs, and the place itself is very private.

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. Not only was the place decorated beautifully, but it was also super easy to access the mall and a great place to stay in passar minggu. The host was super friendly and quick to respond and gave me recommendations for local eats when I asked for them. I also find the included washing machine super useful. I would definitely come back again when I stay at passar minggu again!

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

Langit was proactive and very communicative throughout my stay. He gave clear instructions on how to check-in. All When I entered the unit, the AC has been turned on prior to my arrival. It really feels very welcoming. The unit was squeaky clean, with bottled water and amenities provided. I really enjoyed my stay with Langit and look forward to my next stay…

The place is very cozy and felt like home, it’s clear that a lot of care and heart have gone into maintaining it. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and even more! It was my first time staying at an Airbnb that included breakfast food, which was a lovely touch. The Branz BSD complex has a fantastic gym and plenty of space to explore. The only minor issue was some renovation noise next door on weekdays. Communication with Niken was perfect. Highly recommend!
