We had beautiful days and the terrace with the view we enjoyed very much in sunny warm temperatures. We would book this apartment again at any time.

I can’t possibly describe how unbelievable this place is. It’s not big but it’s cosy and big enough for a family of 4 but of course the views and sounds of the waves crashing below are magical. Cristina was a great host - super communicative, responsive and kind. The whole complex was empty as we visited in an off season but I’m sure it gets busy in the summer. Have a small car because parking is tight!

It was our second visit. We really appreciated the quick responses to inquiries from us and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the nice welcome and farewell gestures.

There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

You have to take the steep slope into account to get to the apartment, but once there; great! Contact with Lorenzo was great; quick response and super nice tips. We enjoyed the lovely balcony with beautiful views and Lorenzo's tips for in San Remo!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

The house offer everything for every generation. Enrico was very helpful in everything to make our stay a memorable one. Will visit again when we visit italy next time.

We had a great holiday at this property. It is comfortable and very practical. It's mostly in a great location. You can get there by train. Otherwise, we put the car in the parking lot and everything can be done on foot or by train. Two minutes from "Carnoles - Roquebrune" train station, 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops on foot. The whole was very clean and we were able to communicate with the owners very easily via messaging. In short, I recommend it. Be careful, the apartment is not big, so you have to be organized to be able to spend time there for 4 people.

Communication with Arnaud and the person on site was easy, fast, and proactive. The place fits perfectly with the images, everything was spotless and I can only recommend Arnaud as a host.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful apartment, very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The seafront is walkable, appx 30 minute stroll. Close to train & bus station. Menton is an excellent location for visiting this beautiful region. Thank you to Romain for being so helpful from booking to check our, we hope to get another opportunity to visit in the future .

The terrace is even better than on the pictures IMO. A really comfy flat in the heart of la Pigna. The view is top notch and having lunch on the terrace was a real delight. We'll come back for sure !

Had a great stay at Catherine’s apartment in Beausoleil! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Monaco, offering easy access to all the attractions. I highly recommend staying at Herve's! The views of the sea are spectacular. The kitchens and bathrooms were well equipped and recently updated. Even has heated towel racks. Very walkable location. Everything about our stay was great. We will be back.

Making a simple review for Emilio, for his structure, for the attention, for the extreme correctness and availability is really very reductive. It's difficult to summarize in a few words what we've been able to live on a single weekend. Emilio is one of the most available people ever met, his structure is wonderful, clean, cozy and full of comfort, from the barbecue, the sauna and the enchanting hot tub with video projector , Emilio really pampered us with attention that few do. It's been a dream for us. We will never stop thanking him for what he has been able to give us, we recommend it to all of you for sure that you will not be disappointed. Quiet residence and close to all amenities, with a box for cars, small bonus for the very uncrowded pool A big thank you to our host who was incredibly kind and gave us all the right addresses and places to visit in order to make our stay perfect! I would recommend it 100%

catherine's place is at its best. By the way we were received, the cleanliness and all the elements of the description even beyond our expectations. The proximity to the sea, the train station, all the shops, an Italian restaurant full of life and excellence and in addition to the medical analysis laboratory ( because my husband had a follow-up to do) In short, go with your eyes "closed" you can't be disappointed...big thanks to Catherine Dominique

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved the security of the building and the convenient private parking spot so close to the unit. The views were amazing. The apartment is clean and modern. Huge bathroom with a great shower. Well appointed kitchen with all the things that you need. The mattress on the pullout sofa was a little too soft for my lower back. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended! A++
