Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cinisi

I highly recommend this place as it has a number of benefits: 1. The area is very quiet but not far from the center, in fact it is about a 10-minute walk to Piazza del Santuario. In the evening in particular it was quite pleasant to walk along the waterfront 🌅 2. The beach is practically 50 meters from the accommodation, and is very convenient to reach. 🏝️ 3. There are two bathrooms, one in the bedroom and the other separate outside with a shower, convenient to take a shower when coming back from the sea so as not to dirty the floors. 🛀 4. The accommodation has two air conditioners, one at the entrance and the other in the bedroom. We didn't have any issues with the high temperatures. ❄️ 5. Very helpful and friendly host, we arrived by bus in San Vito and he offered us a ride by car. 😁 Finally, as if that were not enough, the neighbors in the evening of August even offered us a baking sheet full of sponges and focaccia 🤣 Final rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

This was the perfect place for us, as a family with a small child, to stay. The apartment is spacious, has a small garden area and is equipped with everything it needs. Also a kids chair was provided for free. The double bed was the only thing that disturbed us a bit, since it was not very comfortable. The communication with Mariano was great, very friendly and super helpful. The street in front of the house is very busy and the sidewalk quite hard to manage to the beach with a kids stroller, but we did it and after a few times we knew the best route by heart :) All in all just a really really good experience!

We had a nice time in Claudios house. The area around is good for walks and to explore small shops or restaurants. It's very easy to get into the city centre or to take a bus (Line 107) to the Mt. Pellegrino to get out of town. Also the Botanical Garden is just around the corner. At the end of long exploring day we loved to sit on the terace.

Extremely beautiful and cute Baglio, a short distance from nice villages such as Castellamara del Golfo, Erice but also Palermo. Cottage is tastefully decorated and Elena is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended for those visiting Sicily.

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Very clean and peaceful central apartment. You can walk to the most important sites in Palermo. Close to bus stops to Falcone and Borsellino airport. Alessia is very kind, present and understanding. We spent wonderful days living in Palermo full of colors , sounds , scents and flavors.

A small but charming and sweet apartment, located in a truly authentic neighborhood among locals, with the convenience of parking right at the door. The area feels genuinely original, far from overly touristy vibes. One of the highlights was hearing local fishermen drive by selling their fresh catch of the day - this added so much charm and authenticity to our stay. Giuseppe provided detailed instructions for accessing the accommodation. The apartment was thoughtfully prepared, with touches like a bottle of wine and water, as well as leaflets, maps, and recommendations that were helpful for exploring the area. P.S. Even late in the season at the end of November, we were able to rent a boat and had a wonderful time exploring the area from the sea.

Anna is a wonderful host. Your villa is lovingly decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. The pool and outdoor shower are absolutely top!! Anna is very very hospitable and supportive. She helps with planning, picked me up at the airport and is open to all questions. There is a bakery, a restaurant and a supermarket within walking distance. The rocky beach can be reached quickly. However, it is worth taking a few more steps to reach the small bay with the sandy beach. For other activities, the train, train station is about a 35-minute walk or better still a car. I had a great stay and thank you Anna very much for the good time I had there.

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've stayed in. A hundreds of years old building with the best 21st-century touches. The apartment, which is in a great location in the historic heart of Palermo, had two lovely terraces overlooking the city's rooftops, many designer touches, and a modern, top-of-the-line kitchen. Lucía was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. A great experience!

Very cosy apartment with terrace access, close to grocery store, beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, same as the bedrooms. Anything that you may need for cooking, you will find in the kitchen. Also you have a place for barbecue if needed. If we would come back in San Vito, probably we will contact again Ignazia.

The stay at the place was just great! The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the place itself is clean, cozy and well equipped. Leonora was very friendly and helpful so we immediately felt welcome. You can get to the beach quickly and have a supermarket around the corner.

Luigi's home in Palermo was wonderful. The accommodations had everything you needed for a great stay and a remarkable terrace to spend your evenings. Luigi was an exceptional host - they helped connect us with a driver to and from the airport and were just so helpful and kind! I was so glad I got to meet them if only for a few min!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Giuseppe was an extremely helpful ho. The house is in the center (you can reach the cathedral in a 5-minute walk) is located near the Ballarò market. A very characteristic neighborhood of the city. The house was super clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay (bathroom products, dishes) upon arrival I found the fridge full of snacks and what you need for breakfast and more Highly recommended!

Exceptional apartment, very clean, very neat decoration, quality amenities. The large terrace with its jacuzzi and barbecue lounge are very nice. The location is ideal for visiting Palermo 10 minutes by train from Bagheria station. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy. Armando is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. Robertos condo is very nice and the view from balcony to beach and ocean is like painting. Aparment was clean and lots of glasses and other kitchen stuff. No problem to fit 4 adults and 4 kids. Strong recommendation if you are looking for silent place on beach to spend your holiday.
