Brianne was so kind to let us check in early with kiddos and the place was perfect for a weekend getaway. There were so many thoughtful things put into this place and it was exactly what our families needed.

Gabby was extremely proactive, thorough, and responsive. When I missed the code for the hot tub, she quickly helped us resolve the issue. Although we didn’t spend much time at the house, the time we did have there was cozy and comforting—just like a home should be. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We only stayed for one night, but it was extremely restful and comfortable! There was a fenced in yard for our service dog to run around and enjoy the snow in, and also a nice little stack of dog treats! The massage chair was heaven after a long drive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. 100% plan on getting this place again next time we're in Colorado!

This was our second stay at this location and we love it! We lived in the area for a decade and this house makes us feel like we are home again. Easily walkable to some of our favorite places and a short drive to Manitou Springs or downtown. OCC is a quirky place full of charm and this place is perfect for us. We can’t wait until our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie’s during the holidays. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Cozy and quaint!

This place was amazing! We came with five children and my in laws and pups. This place was PERFECT! Tons of space and different living areas. Local restaurants a plus. Backyard to hang out with lighting. Front porch swing perfect for morning coffee and Mountain View’s. Large table for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! Nice open layout. Everyone in our family of 5 had their own space when they wanted it, as well as space to bring us all together, comfortably. Bathrooms are nicely remodeled. Also liked the cork floors. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Found the snow shovel when we needed it. Hot tub was a bonus! Location was perfect for us. Nice neighborhood against the foothills with a great park close by. Hosts were super fast to respond and checked in the right amount. We hope to stay again next time we are in town.

Julia was a great host, quick to respond, and very accommodating to our needs as guests. We appreciated all of the detail and information provided prior to check-in as well.

Great spot in a quiet area. The place was big with lots of space for our stay and three year old. Convenient location, 15 mins away from everything including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping and dining. AMAZING view as well!

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

Awesome location and awesome home! This fit our plans perfectly. Erin is a great host. We brought our grandson to see the mountains for the first time. Great location to plenty (more than we could do) of attractions and beauty. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property!!

My husband and I had a great couple day stay at Emily's place! It was within 30 minutes or less of everything we did and there was a lot to do in the area! We really had a great time and hope to come back! We loved the openness of the kitchen and family living area, the big island with lots of room, and the big bathroom as well! We also loved the big couch! Emily was super responsive to any questions which made everything seemless and easy! Thanks for a great stay Emily!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

It was beautiful, clean. It was a great home for my family. I did not see anything wrong with it. I wish we could have stayed longer it was a quick visit.

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

I wholeheartedly recommend Erin's place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Colorado Springs. It's a comfortable, well-kept home with a beautiful yard and views of Pikes Peak, located near Old Colorado City's nice restaurants, cafes, and shops as well as a supermarket and road connections to get around the area easily. Erin is a fantastic host, who truly elevates the experience of staying at her place with her great communication and kindness.

This is our second time staying at a Keithley Pines cabin, and we absolutely loved it both times! Douglass and Annie were great hosts! They gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and eat, and their instructions were clear and helpful. The cabins are super cozy, nicely decorated, and have lots of amenities. We came in the winter, and we absolutely loved that the cabins had wood-burning fireplaces. The location is beautiful (we saw a herd of deer outside our window one morning) and feels private, but the cabins are close to anything you could need (restaurants, shops, grocery stores, gas stations). Garden of the Gods is also just a few minutes away! We will definitely be back again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Barb was such a fantastic host. It took her no time at all to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay. She was very friendly and kind wether it be thru text or phone call. We had our two dogs with us and it was set up great for them both inside and out. The yard was very well fenced in with two separate sections if needed. My family and I would absolutely recommend Barb and her place to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, at home stay. This will be our go to for the future.
