Mba Cindy's unit is very clean, comfy, easy to access, near the entrance and also the exit gate. Friendly and responsive hosts, very helpful. A recommended place to stay.

I stayed at this Place for 10 days and found it to be exactly as depicted in the pictures. The place is very private, featuring a private lift, and clean. The host, Emanuel, was exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return the next time if i back to Jakarta.

Extremely comfortable! The unit feels so fresh, new and smells really nicee. I really appreciate the bathroom used Teh Keraton scent (makes me and my friend happy). Everything was so clean. Mas Yuli also really responsive. My messages got reply in a few second. The check in instructions was really clear and detail. So i highly recommend this unit, if you have an event around ICE or AEON or just want to spend your staycation around BSD city :)

Her house is super comfortable because its near almost everything. Plus across from her house there's a security post so I feel secured hihihi. I'm extremely pleased to stay in Mr. Raditya's house. The house is beautiful, clean, and cozy. The host is also easy to communicate with and kind to give us some of his private belongings. While there is also a little problem in Mr. Radit's house, Mr. Radit offers compensation and sorted it out quickly. Worth the money and visit.

Worth to stay just a bit far away

This place is a gem! If you are looking for a place that fits many pax, group of friends, big family and near to city. This is it, this is the place!. And I would say this place is much more beautiful when u see it in person. Each room comes with its own bathroom, and complete with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. To top it off, we were given so much complimentary snacks! And Bread, banana, eggs for breakfast and good coffee! Oh gosh I can go on and on. Flavia is such a wonderful host, i highly recommend this place. Will book if we come to jakarta again Flavia. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We stayed 2 nights and exstend 1 night, so good the apartment. The apartment is old fashion but very well maintained. Netflix, smooth wifi. The pool is left out of the room, there is a sauna and a whirpool too (unfortunately not the whirpool hot water). The room is spacious and clean, the amenities (soap,shampoo and towels) are complete. laundry is also provided with soap and fragrance. Food shopping is a bit far away, so make sure to buy before arriving at the apartment or you can also go through online delivery. The refrigerator has 2 doors, electric stove, microwave and rice cooker available complete with cooking and eating utensils. Overall, we are very satisfied to stay here. Thank you. 👍

The room and bathroom is clean, room amenities are complete, nice surrounding, near to a lot of local culinary. The WIFI works well, and internet speed also amazing! Jessica is very responsive in answering our message & questions.

Felix’s condo is super comfy and clean. The water pressure is strong, and the hot water works perfectly. The unit is on a pretty high floor, so you get a great view of the city. Plus, it’s super easy to access the mall.
