Check in and out was easy, very convenient because it's next to the mall, the facilities of the apartment is great. The unit is great and very comfortable, spacious enough for five people. The owner is very informative. The kitchenware and tableware are quite complete. Amenities are also provided, making the stay truly comfortable and satisfying. The access is directly connected to Kokas. Checkout time was very punctual, but unfortunately, the staff didn’t inform us that we needed an access card to reach the floor connected to Kokas. As a result, we took the elevator down to the lobby and had to take a longer route. Luckily, the apartment security was very helpful and showed us a shortcut. Overall, a very satisfying experience! The road to the place is indeed narrow, but it is still accessible by car. The location is clean and spacious, and all amenities are provided, from towels to toothpaste. Highly recommended!

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

Had a nice stay at kak Varadila's place. She allowed me to visit the house first because i need to see if it is accessible for wheelchair. Clear instruction for check in, clean & spacious house, peaceful surroundings and she was so helpful and available to call anytime. Families love staying here. The place is clean, comfortable. The kitchen is also good, if you want to cook instant noodles, eggs or rice can. The cutlery is also fully equipped. The bathroom is also ok. Mbak Irma as the owner is also communicative and friendly. Overall, it's highly recommended for those looking for a family stay.

Kumala&Retno was incredibly helpful! Even with our late night check-in, she was there to help us out. She also shared some fantastic recommendation for place to visit nearby. The unit was just as describe, clean and super comfortable. Plus, having direct access to the mall was incredibly convenient.

I stayed in this apartment with my family for 1.5 months. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The unit was in good condition and clean. It was conveniently located near a shopping center, making it easy to get food, drinks, or coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for us.

Great modern apartment building just behind Kuningan mall. Gyms, Pool and Tennis one of the best in Jakarta. Minor noise impact of two musks around but this is Jakarta after all.

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. Not only was the place decorated beautifully, but it was also super easy to access the mall and a great place to stay in passar minggu. The host was super friendly and quick to respond and gave me recommendations for local eats when I asked for them. I also find the included washing machine super useful. I would definitely come back again when I stay at passar minggu again!

we stayed for 9 nights here. The place was lovely, clean and it has gym and pool. it is located in a very secure building. Easy to go every where we can just call Grab or Taxi. it's located close to mall MKG, MOI and plenty of good restaurants near by. Also they always very responsive to our inquries and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I had a good experience staying at this apartment. The only complaint I have is that it wasn't clean when I arrived. However, the host resolved this promptly and had the apartment cleaned ASAP when I mentioned this. So that is good. Other than that, this apartment was comfortable to stay at, the gym is nice and spacious, and the mall is one of the better ones in Jakarta in my opinion. I will probably stay here again in the future if possible.
