I had a wonderful experience staying at Judicka's apartment. The location was excellent, especially for travelers flying between cities in Indonesia, as it's close to the domestic airport. Judicka was a fantastic host, always responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. She also provided great suggestions, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

Stayed here for 9 nights. Was pleasantly surprised. It’s those narrow kind of apartment but cozy enough for two person. Location is amazing with a mall just across the street. There are tons of place to wash your clothes below the apartment. And small shops selling food. Added convenience. But I think the best part about the apartment is the view from the bed. Waking up to an unobstructed view of Jakarta is so nice. Both day and night but tend to be a tad too sunny when in the noon. Will recommend others to stay there, if you looking for affordable and safe place.

my second time staying here for a concert, and it’s always worth the price. the 24-hour access to the mall is really convenient (especially if your event ends late at night). and the host is responsive & always helpful in any situation! i highly recommend this place for anyone attending an event at kasablanka hall ✨

The stay was pleasant. The location of this unit was perfect — with only around 200m from the nearest MRT station (Bendungan Hilir). The unit was in a top condition. A must rent if in Jakarta!

The experience of staying at the host hanny is very satisfying, the room is spacious and very clean, we were given cold drinks and snacks. The location is very strategic, to the mall is only a step very close. The host is very responsive and friendly, thank you mbak hanny and mbak early, inshaallah next will stay here again.

This a beautiful house with private pool that is not visible from any other neighboring houses. The location was very quiet with no traffic noise, mosques, or roosters in earshot. Only the bedrooms and one study are air-conditioned, but that was fine for my stay. It's a short walk to a convenience store and laundromat, and restaurants and bars are a short Grab ride away. There is a live-in caretaker who is there 24/7 who stayed out of the main house after the first day per my request. However, the male caretaker's accommodation opens onto the outdoor pool area, so one cannot have total privacy there.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Claudia and Yusak are amazing hosts! Their unit was a great place to stay in Jakarta. It also is very convenient that the Indomaret convenience store was right below. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Jakarta! Highly recommend.

I really like how accessible the place from BCIS, easy to book transport going in out of apartment. The place is complete specially they have iron for clothes and hair blower which I really like 🤭. Lung and Cepi is also responsive whenever needed. I’ll definitely rebook on this again whenever I comeback for concert. Highly recommended to stay here, it’s safe and secured ☺️

Great location with gym and pool access. The apartment is attached to a premium shopping mall with plenty to offer from cinema, live music to wide array of F&B including fresh coffee. Taxis are on the doorstep to take you anywhere you want. Thanks Eddy for hosting us!

Nice appartement, cosy and practical. Strategic location near malls, SCBD, Senopati… Nice facilities in the residence with gym, large swimming pool, a mini supermarket downstairs, laundry service, but also a café, a dentist, hairdresser and other services. Linda was a kind and responsive host. I would only recommend this place.
