Simply the best beach apartment for vacation. Completely clean, tidy, equipped and extremely smelling apartment, something that surprises, given that the stay is never perfect, but this apartment was perfect.

It exceeded our expectations! Silvana was extremely kind, attentive, communicative, welcoming and friendly! Renata received us and was also very attentive and punctual. Over the premises, a fantastic view, large apt, comfortable, well-equipped and very tasty the sound of the waves! Prainha privativa super delicious, as well as the swimming pool. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very spacious, clean, bright, it does not smell of mold, it has a beautiful view of the sea of all the rooms and the living room, the beach is wonderful, super private and easy to access. Great adult and children's pools, always clean and a deck with a wonderful view! Raquel always helpful, served us promptly, Luciane who received us, very helpful and polite! Super recommend!

Place has a great location. Maranduba Beach is great for children, the sea is clean, warm and without waves. The apartment is complete, large is accommodated very well 6 people. We are on VERY hot days and with that the fans were not able to refresh, but nothing glaring. I will return without a doubt.

The apartment is well maintained and is in a new building, with great infrastructure and well located, in the corner of the beach. The space is ample and illuminated, giving a lot of comfort in every room. The kitchen is an off curve point, too wide for an apartment, and with a large amount of crockery, cutlery and electroportables. There was also a wide variety of cleaning and laundry products, allowing to keep everything clean and in order throughout our stay. The living room is compact and has only one two-seater sofa, but we settle in beach chairs and balcony chairs without any inconvenience. A small dresser or cabinet is missing in one of the bedrooms, which has only the beds and we had to fix everything on the floor and in dining room chairs, but the space is ample and the beds are comfortable. The concierge and cleaning teams are very attentive and helpful. Larissa was also very attentive from the beginning, guiding and helping in what was needed. We will certainly be back!

The place is stunning, house facing the sea very well organized and clean, very quiet environment, perfect for resting. Swimming pool and nearby grills, several utensils available. The beach is very quiet and not very busy. The host, Rodrigo, always at your disposal. We very much like the stay and we will certainly return at other times.

Lucilia helped us well, we arrived just before the check in, but as soon as the house became available she warned us. The house was spotless, very clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house has many fans. We loved it all, we were very welcome.

What an amazing view, speechless. We love to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. The private beaches are too much, a lot of tranquility and security, it was exactly what we were looking for.

The house is wonderful, air-conditioned in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room, in front of the beach, with all the necessary amenities, great wi-fi, TV with mtos canals, has a 24-hour market next door, an excellent restaurant on the front and a larger market very close by. The beach is delicious, well frequented and looks like a swimming pool. We love our days at Bruno's house, God willing we'll come back more often.

The experience is surprising already upon arrival with a stunning view! Sincerely one of the best stays I've ever had! With the service of the included auxiliaries you have resort comfort! Not to mention the incredible bedding! Absolutely equipped house, rustic tasteful, sensational decoration. If you're looking for something to rest up and glimpse, you've already found it !

We really like the space. The very good and clean rooms, the kitchen and the common space were very organized and spacious, we felt comfortable throughout the stay, being a great place to rest. The view is beautiful and the walk to the beach in the midst of nature is incredible. The location is great, the beach access by hiking is very nice, but if you prefer to go by car, it is not a problem. Everything is very organized and the host is always available. We answered quickly and requests about everything (places for shopping, best beach schedules and availability for troubleshooting).

As promised, we returned. It was our second lodging in Maria Dolores's chalet. In the meantime the condominium made improvements in the pool area. The chalet remains faithful to the pictures. Space clean, organized, quiet. Air conditioning is an important differential. And sleep listening to the waves hitting the coast in Toque-Toque more important even. A very well equiped kitchen. The information provided by Dolores was very complete and assisted us in the stay. Check-in and check-out was efficient. Let's keep coming back.

I went with only my family of 5 people and it was top! very cozy! excellent neighborhood, and the most top is that there is a supermarket in front!

The house surprised us positively. It is well equipped, spacious, in quiet and family condominium, close to the beach. The chairs and tents service works well. We were delighted and looking forward to coming back.

The apartment is in a condominium with various activities to be done, such as tennis court, beach tennis court, gym, sauna, a beautiful infinity pool. The apartment has a beautiful view. The apartment is well located with market and others nearby, somewhere around 10 minutes walking or three minutes by car. The condominium has excellent beach service and parking.

André was super attentive and friendly, always responded with agility, score 1,000! The apartment is impeccable, very clean and smelling! The condominium is Paradisiac, but you can't walk around the condominium because the streets are steep. Elderly, children and wheelchair users will have great difficulties. To get to the beach you have the shuttle service every 30 minutes at the starting point, remembering that Van does not pick up anyone at the apt door ( these are condominium rules). We witnessed a situation that the mother with a baby took rain until arriving in another apt due to this absurd rule ( this was the greater discomfort we went through in this condominium). The carts can only stand in front of the apt for 15 minutes only for loading and unloading, has the proper parking lot that is 2 blocks away on these steep streets. Van does the service until 6pm, after that it's just its own car or taxi to walk inside the condominium. The location is great and the beaches are beautiful.
