Our happy house is located in front of the sea, on a strategic and quiet area close to the Airport, El Rodadero, and Bello Horizonte. Our accommodation has three rooms, and open spaces to share with. It's an ideal space for resting. Thanks to its amenities, it is also perfect for working. It is located in a complex with a few houses, wide spaces, and vegetation. The area is far from crowds, making this a perfect spot to calm down, rest and share. Next to Casa Vela, Konna and Mamancana.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment, it has a very well-equipped kitchen, enough clean towels and bedding, it is a very quiet, family condominium and has a very nice private beach. The pool is very well maintained and clean. I recommend it. If you want tranquility and relaxation, it's perfect. Excellent communication with your host. My family and I are very grateful.

The place is amazing. It's everything we dream of a seaside vacation. We love the tranquility of the place. The apartment is super comfortable and has a spectacular sea view. It has air conditioning, super important for the calor in Santa Marta. The common areas are great, the pool is quite large, it has several courts to play tennis and even beach volleyball, i.e. there you never get bored. Also, if you love animals, here you are going to be accompanied by many super friendly cats, iguanas and crab. Regarding Juan, the host. He is super friendly, he was always attentive to what we needed and made it easier for us to stay in the apartment. He gave us recommendations for places and even told us where we could ask for a home. He gave us several contacts of taxi drivers, so we could transport quiet and safe. The truth, I would stay a thousand times in this place, it's wonderful! I still dream of the sunset there.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Amazingly decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the remainder of the house was comfortable no matter the time of day. Lots of space to lounge around the pool. We will use the house again when we visit Santa Marta!

The house is an amazing oceanfront paradise. It has direct access to the beach and feels like a private beach, as it doesn't even have a vendor. It is definitely a very nice house and with a lot of capacity to host large families or groups of friends. It has many amenities and is definitely a lot nicer than what is shown in the pictures. It has an amazing view and is full of nature and flowers. The people who helped us in the kitchen, amazing, prepared some delicious typical dishes. I really recommend this house too much and we will certainly be back very soon. Many thanks to the hosts who are very friendly and attentive people!

Great place for family vacations. The beach is within walking distance, quiet, perfect for enjoying a sunset. The complex has a swimming pool, the apartment has everything to enjoy a few days of rest, it is cool and the area is completely quiet. Highly recommended.

Great place to go with kids. We went with my 5-year-old daughter and a month old baby and both the pool, sea and on-site restaurant were very convenient. In addition, the apartment seemed super comfortable, clean and the view of the mountains and sea is super comfortable. I highly recommend it for families with kids or couples families. Stay happy. At the front desk they sell water and there is a small shop outside..if you want to make a large market it is necessary to take transportation..as we decided to take the meals at the hotel for us it was not necessary. The sea is very peaceful and it is very few people then feel private. The airport is close and I was worried about noise from the baby but it turns out that it's not a problem because it sounds very far and sporadic. Then I recommend it if you are looking for privacy and focus on the pool and beach plan. Ahh also the spectacular massages! Thanks to Oscar and Cristina.
