Great value. This is my second time staying here. Clean and spacious with amenities. Close to food, beach, and yunque.

Beautiful place in a gorgeous tropical setting-steps from the beach. Lovely pool area, parking right underneath the apartment. Plenty of room inside, three full bathrooms, washer and dryer, lots of bath and beach towels.

A Wonderful Stay at Brenda's I wholeheartedly recommend this home. Brenda goes above and beyond to ensure her guests' comfort. She thoughtfully provides everything you might need for a pleasant stay, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and more. The home itself is incredibly spacious and fun, filled with a variety of games. Brenda is also very responsive to any questions or concerns. Located conveniently downhill, you'll find a bakery, pizza shop, ice cream shop, restaurant, and a convenience store offering liquor, souvenirs, and snacks. The friendly and helpful locals add to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ypu will never get anything else from a Boricua!!! My grandchildren and I had lots with all the games, pool table, but eespecially in the pool! Thank you Brenda to and your husband!

Jesse’s place is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well located, just a 15 min drive to town and short drive to beaches. Our family had a great stay. Jesse and Abdieel were very responsive. I would recommend their place to any guests. Not to mention the views are spectacular.

Ivelisse was friendly and communication was excellent. The place was spotless, AC was wonderful and bed was so comfortable. Easy access from the airport and many things to do in the area, within walking distance. Area was safe. Check in and check out was easy. Thank you for the welcome snacks! I will definitely come back again.

Beach was less then a two second walk ! The view was beautiful. Very close restaurants , stores, and exciting things to do!

Wonderful stay and an amazing host. The house looks even better in person than in pictures. The spaces are actually bigger than what they seem in the pictures. The house is spacious and well organized. The house is well stocked and clean. The views from the front balcony are amazing. The pool area is GREAT! My family of 12 had an amazing stay and would love to be back. There is lots to do at walking distance and also great restaurants. If you forget something, theres is a mini market at 100meters from the house, which is quite convenient. I definitively recommend Pedazo del Mar.
