Very nice location to stay at while in Osaka, very central to Dotonbori and Namba areas, only about a 5-10 minute walk. Nipponbashi station is very close as well giving you easy connection to the rail lines. There's a 7-Eleven right on the corner as well. Check-in was easy and flawless and never ran into any issues during my stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, the house had everything to feel comfortable at the end of a tiring day. The host was very responsive to any questions.

Divine location with ease of access to many locations and transportation

I found this newly opened house in aiabnb.It was late on the first night, and the owner picked us up by car (it was cold and rainy and tired), which was very confusing.When you get to the house, gosh, like new, clean and new, spotlessly clean, it is an entire house, open the door and go up the stairs, there is a washing machine, a small terrace, a living room kitchen, another room with 2 single beds in a tatami room.Large space.The owner was sweet enough to help turn on the heater half an hour before we got there. The utensils in the house were all good, the detergent washing beads were all smelling, and the laundry was dry one night.The kitchen utensils should be all, even oil seasoning. Transportation 5 minutes to Hanazonocho station, 2 stops to Namba, not too many restaurants but enough to choose.Supermarket is cheap and there are many convenience stores. Was an amazing experience.Will be back again next time.

The safety that I was most concerned about was the necessary worry. There was a cctv and the security was strong. The place was very clean. They also provided the requested kotatsu, so it was a good experience and warm. Overall, the thoughtful and prompt feedback from the host enriched our trip. We recommend it to other guests as well.

We stayed at the apartment for two nights and felt really comfortable there. The apartment is spacious (especially considering the size of apartments in Japan), well-organized, and clean. It is located in a very quiet area, and the beds are extremely comfortable, so we had an amazing rest! The only downside was that, since we visited in February, the apartment was extremely cold (it seems the insulation is not very good). However, on the bright side, the air conditioning worked perfectly, so we were able to reach a comfortable temperature. Finally, Sakae is a great host—he responded very quickly and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment.

Strategic location to access to dotonbori, shinsaibashi. Just walking distance only. Very Near to Doton Plaza, return option to Kansai Airport by express bus only. Only 200m distance.

During my stay, there was a 7-Eleven convenience store right next to the accommodation, so it was very convenient. Shinsaibashi Namba Dotonbori was all within walking distance, but it was nice because it was a quiet area. It was equipped with all the bathroom supplies, and overall, it was easy to stay. One regret was that the bed was so creaky and hard that it was a little uncomfortable. But even that, the tiredness of the trip was overcome, so I slept well.

And the vibra at feet step could Pass through from next room, So me and my wife was waked by very early by People who live in next door. But I'm not blame on them, People got work to do to get a living, So that's all right. So if you are not very sensitive of vibrate， Here is the best choice you could ever get.

It was one stop away from Namba Station and close to the subway station, so it was easy to get to many places in Osaka.
