I was in a hurry as I have a last-minute appointment for my training, luckily the place was open even if I was to book 24-hours before, the place was really helpful and was really great place over its budget. Beautiful scenery and the owner was really helpful and suggest a better place with the similar price i was looking for, 10/10 service will hope to book again .

The check in was a bit tricky despite host providing pictured instructions. The mailbox was dark per management policy however given that guests aren't familiar with the building maybe they should reconsider keeping the lights off. There's no cell service in the mailbox room so when need to ask questions have to walk back out of the parking area to get service. The unit was relatively clean and definitely clear of clutter and unnecessary decorations. I wouldn't stay more than one night, personally. This is due to the key and card is attached to the power card. This means that if you were to leave the unit, the fridge would be off. So when my husband and kids wanted to go swimming I stayed behind in the unit so that the laundry and fridge could still run.

Superb, very friendly host and easy to deal with. The unit was very clean, spotless and well equipped. The family really enjoys being here because there is a swimming pool for children and the necessities provided are also complete, which really helps my family stay here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to relax and chill. the view was really stunning too. definitely will repeat to stay here again.

This place located at the ground floor and literally facing the pool. Its really convenience as pool just few steps away and beach is nearby. Dont need to use lift at all and it makes life easier when u coming with kids. This place is also clean and tidy. Will definitely book this place again.

The location is strategic near everything and can easily navigate to other places. The pool is magnificent!!!!!! Love this place, definitely my go-to if I come back to Kuantan

good and comfortable place

We had a wonderful stay at Miko's place. The home was in great condition, and we were lucky to stay on the ground floor. There were plenty of attractions nearby, as well as easy access to food. My kids especially loved playing in the swimming pool. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The room host is responsive and helpful. Room description is accurate. Furniture in the room was tidy and neat. One of the downsides is the dish rack is kind of stain and dirty. Otherwise is all good.

The unit is facing sea-view. Host very responsive. Stable internet connection and we enjoy the Android Tv box. Facilities is awesome. Swimming pool fantastic - guest can swim till 10pm!

Very satisfied with the service.. Suite was comfortable and looks exactly the same as the pictures.. Host and the apartment staff were responsive and friendly, and the instructions to get to the suite was clear.. The room located at the ground floor, so this makes it easy for elderly to access the suite.. The environment of the apartment is very welcoming, recommended for small families who'd like a peaceful place to spend the night on a short holiday with an affordable price.. Would definitely come here again.
