A lot of thought had gone into making a relatively small space into an effective functioning studio apartment. It was clean comfortable with good facilities and views of the rivers from the spacious balcony are amazing. The location provides easy access to restaurants, bars, the night market and various attractions. It is great having a mini mart at the entrance to the building which is well stocked with essentials. Lalin is a wonderful host who is quick to respond to any enquiry and provided us with a wealth of information about the area and suggested restaurants. This service makes the holiday and we would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

I loved staying here, Juan was so helpful and kind, which was just what I needed at the time. the space was big and exactly like the photos, it felt like home while I was there and enjoyed having a proper space to relax in and to work from. I used the pool a couple of times too which was nice. Juan gave me lots of tips for the area and even gave me a little tour. I would definitely stay there again, wonderful views across the Mekong too. Thank you.

Very clean digs in a neighborhood with many dining and shopping options. There is a nearby night market and just a short walk away is the city's riverside walkway. In other words, a very convenient location. The apartment is sparkly clean -- bed, sofa, TV, fridge, kitchenette sink and other basic amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Perfect apartment to stay, clean and has awesome view on the river. 15 minutes to city centre on tuk-tuk.

This is the second time I’ve stayed with Poline. He is an awesome host and is always responsive although I don’t need him for much because he is so well organized He has a very neat and lovely apartment, which is close to the main nightlife if stairs are a problem for you you may not like this place but otherwise, I would strongly encourage you to consider staying here. It is an exceptional. Value.

Sireykanha’s place and the overall environment were great for me. The area was convenient since it's near the center but avoids a lot of the noise, traffic, pollution, smells, etc. Traveling around from there to other areas of the city doesn't take too long. If you like walking, there are several grocery stores and restaurants that are all within a reasonable distance. A very large mall called Aeon to the north is accessible by a short TukTuk ride also. The room was stacked with toiletries like toothpaste\brush, soap, shampoo and more. It has a good desk with space for a laptop, keyboard, mouse and a monitor if you need that setup (I did). It's a good place to work remotely since you get 50+ Mbps for speed. The only issue is the chairs a uncomfortable when sitting for a long time so you'll probably end up using the desk and sitting on the bed like I did. I would recommend this place if you don't need anything fancy and just want a decent work space.

This condo is in an amazing location to markets, temples, great restaurants and bars. It was super clean and has a great view of the city and park. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 👍🏽

We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay in Phnom Penh, it was perfect. First, the location is great, about 10 mins walk from the central market, 25 from the riverside, and everything else is a quick and easy tuk tuk ride away. Despite this, you are away from the tourist areas so it feels more normal and the atmosphere is great. The apartment is in an older building, so the entrance is dark and a little dingy with some insects - do not be put off! Once you're inside, on the top floor, you're in a nicely decorated and designed apartment, with lots of lovely little touches to make it feel homely. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare some home cooked food, the bedroom is cozy, very comfortable, the living room is huge with plenty of space to chill out, the best bit is the balcony where relaxing and seeing the sunset is an amazing way to spend the evening. Be warned, it is noisy from about 6:30am so don't expect a lazy long sleep in the morning! Didn't bother us though!

I had an amazing time at Borei's apartment on the top floor overlooking the water. What an amazing VIEW!!! Perfect location for the fun nightlife surrounding this area as well. Very easy access to the room and Borei's staff met me in front of the building at a moment's notice. The bed was a high quality memory foam mattress, which, if you have spent a lot of time in Asia, you'll know can be a very rare find to find a comfy bed, much less memory foam!! AMAZING! Borei was an awesome host. He was flexible with me on the check-in time, since I was checking out of another Airbnb that did not work out very well. His flexibility was a god send. The air conditioners were functioning great. There were a couple of waters in the fridge which saved me a trip to 7-11. Overall I have no complaints at all and it is a very beautiful apartment. Hot water takes a minute to get going, but is very hot once warmed up. Shower was fantastic.
